എസ്സിഒ ഉച്ചകോടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാനായി പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി മോദി ചൈനയിൽ എത്തി.കൗണ്സിലില് ഇന്ത്യക്കു സമ്പൂര്ണ അംഗത്വം ലഭിച്ചശേഷം നടക്കുന്ന ആദ്യത്തെ എസ്സിഒ ഉച്ചകോടി ആയിരിക്കും. ഉച്ചകോടിയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന അദ്ദേഹം, മറ്റ് അംഗങ്ങളുടെ നേതാക്കളുമായി കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തുകയും, ഉഭയകക്ഷി സഹകരണം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള വഴികൾ ചർച്ചചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യും.
