PM expressed sadness on demise of MP from Palghar, Shri Chintaman Wanaga. He said, "Pained by the unfortunate demise of my colleague and MP from Palghar, Shri Chintaman Wanaga. He played an important role in building the BJP in the Thane region and did commendable work for the welfare of tribals. My thoughts are with his family and supporters in this sad hour."

Prime Minister shares a photo of the Somnath Temple taken en route to Vadodara

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today shared a photo of the Somnath Temple taken while on his way from Somnath to Vadodara.

The Prime Minister noted that on the shores of Prabhas Patan, the Somnath Temple stands tall as a radiant symbol of devotion, history, and civilisational spirit. Shri Modi highlighted that the eternal temple has outlasted barbaric attacks, invasions, and the passage of centuries.

The Prime Minister further stated that Somnath gives every Indian strength, courage, and hope.

In a series of posts on X, the Prime Minister wrote:

"Took this photo while on the way from Somnath to Vadodara…

On the shores of Prabhas Patan, the Somnath Temple stands tall as a radiant symbol of devotion, history and civilisational spirit. It has outlasted barbaric attacks, invasions and the passage of centuries. It is eternal. Somnath gives every Indian strength, courage and hope.
