On the morning on 7th July 2015 the PM had an interaction with Indologists, Hindi language students and Indian community in Tashkent.

The PM spoke about the bond between India and Uzbekistan and appreciated the cultural programme. He emphasised on people to people ties.

Prime Minister condoles loss of lives in building collapse at Satya Niketan in Delhi

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today expressed deep distress over the collapse of a building at Satya Niketan in Delhi.

The Prime Minister extended his condolences to the families of those who lost their loved ones and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured. He further noted that authorities are actively working at the site and providing assistance to all those affected by the incident.

In a post on X, the Prime Minister's Office shared:

"The collapse of a building at Satya Niketan, Delhi is distressing. Condolences to those who lost their loved ones. Praying for the speedy recovery of the injured. Authorities are working at the site and assisting those affected in the mishap: PM @narendramodi"
