Events in September 2013

The month September will see a host of rallies and conferences of State and National Level to be addressed by the BJP Poll Campaign Chief and Gujarat’s Hon’ble CM Shri Narendra Modi. Below is a list of the tentative programmes to be held across India this month.

7th September : Shri Narendra Modi to speak at Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh marking the closing of the 2nd phase of Shri Raman Singh’s ‘Vikas Yatra’. Time – 2:30 pm onwards

8-10th September : Shri Modi to address various functions of Vibrant Gujarat Global Agriculture Summit-2013 at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Below are the details of various events –

  •  8th Sept : Inauguration of Exhibition – 6pm onwards
  •  9th Sept : Inaugural session of the Summit  - 9:30 am onwards
  •  10th Sept : Closing Session of the Summit – 4:30 pm onwards

10th September : Shri Narendra Modi to address Suraaj Sankalp Rally in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Time – 12:30 pm onwards. This event will mark the conclusion of Suraaj Sankalp Yatra and will also be attended by BJP President Shri Rajnath Singh and state party president Vasundhara Raje.

15th September : Shri Narendra Modi to address BJP’s Ex-servicemen Rally in Rewari, Haryana. To know more about this event, click here

22nd September : Shri Narendra Modi to address Indian Diaspora in OFBJPA Council & National Executive Committee (NEC) Convention organized by Overseas friends of BJP(USA). Time – 6:30 am (IST) onwards

25th September 2013 : "Shri Narendra Modi to inaugurate National Conference on Skill Development at Mahatma Mandir, Gandhianagar. Time - 8 am onwards. To know more, visit https://ncsdgujarat.com"

25th September 2013 : Shri Narendra Modi to speak at the Karyakarta Mahakumbh in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. Time - 12 noon onwards

26th September :

  • Shri Narendra Modi will address the 60th Birthday Celebrations 0f Her Holiness Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi at Amritapuri, Kerala. Her Holiness Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi (Amma), spiritual leader and humanitarian who has selflessly served the World community for decades, has come to be universally accepted as an indefatigable trailblazer who has revitalized our rich Indian culture and moral fabric.
  • Shri Narendra Modi will address a huge BJP Youth Conference in Trichy, Tamilnadu. Time – 3 pm onwards. To Register and know more about the event, click here.

29th September : Shri Narendra Modi to attend Bharat Natyam Dance Festival (Bharatnatyam Performance by Mithili Prakash) in New Delhi, organized by Divinity Series. Time – 7 pm onwards. To know more about the festival, click here.

30th September : Shri Narendra Modi to address The International Advertising Association(IAA) Platinum Jubilee Global Marketing Summit in Mumbai.

Prime Minister condoles the loss of lives due to a road accident in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today condoled the loss of lives due to a road accident in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. He announced an ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from PMNRF for the next of kin of each deceased and Rs. 50,000 to the injured.

The PMO India handle in post on X said:

“Saddened by the loss of lives due to a road accident in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand. Condolences to those who have lost their loved ones in the mishap. May the injured recover soon.

An ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. The injured would be given Rs. 50,000: PM @narendramodi”
