The Chief of Army Staff General Dalbir Singh, the Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Sunil Lanba and the Vice Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Birender Singh Dhanoa called on the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, at New Delhi today.
National Security Advisor Shri Ajit Doval was also present at the meeting.
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has congratulated the Indian Junior Men’s Hockey Team on winning the Asia Cup with an emphatic 4-1 victory in the final.
The Prime Minister described the achievement as remarkable and said that the feat reflects the immense talent of the young players.
