अंत में आरंभ है, आरंभ में है अंत,
हिय में पतझर के कूजता वसंत।सोलह बरस की वय, कहीं कोयल की लय, किस पर है उछल रहा पलाश का प्रणय ?
लगता हो रंक भले, भीतर श्रीमंत
हिय में पतझर के कूजता वसंत।किसकी शादी है, आज यहाँ बन में ? फूट रहे, दीप-दीप वृक्षों के तन में
देने को आशीष आते हैं संत,
हिय में पतझर के कूजता वसंत।
