ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರಿಂದು ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ನವ ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರು, ಧನ್ವಂತ್ರಿ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ದಿನವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಭಿಕರಿಗೆ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದರು. ಅಖಿಲ ಭಾರತ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಯುಷ್ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವನ್ನು ಅವರು ಶ್ಲಾಘಿಸಿದರು .

ತಮ್ಮ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಿ ಮತ್ತು ಗೌರವಿಸದ ಹೊರತು ದೇಶ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಸಾಧಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಿದರು. ಯಾವ ದೇಶಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಹಿಂದೆ ಸರಿಸಿವೆಯೋ ಅವು, ತಮ್ಮ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವವನ್ನೇ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಭಾರತ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರವಾಗಿಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಅದರ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳಾದ ಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಅಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾದವು. ಅದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಭಾರತೀಯರು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವೂ ನಡೆಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿದೆ; ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜನರ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಪುನರ್ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ದಿನ ಅಥವಾ ಯೋಗ ದಿನದಂದು ಜನರನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟುಗೂಡಿಸುವ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪರಂಪರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ವೈದ್ಯ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರದ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನೂ ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರ ಆಯುಷ್ ಪದ್ಧತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ತರುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. v ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಪ್ರತಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಆಯುರ್ವೇದ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯೋನ್ಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. 65ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆಯುಷ್ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಗಿಡಮೂಲಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಔಷಧೀಯ ಸಸ್ಯಗಳು ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಆದಾಯದ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹ ಮೂಲಗಳಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು, ಈ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತವು ತನ್ನ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಶತ ನೂರರಷ್ಟು ವಿದೇಶೀ ನೇರ ಬಂಡವಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ಕೈಗೆಟಕುವ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆ ಒದಗಿಸಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ರೋಗವನ್ನು ತಡೆಯುವ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಕೈಗೆಟಕುವಂತೆ ಮತ್ತು ದೊರಕುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಸರಳ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಳೆದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಕೋಟಿ ಶೌಚಾಲಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಸೇವೆ ದೊರಕಲಿ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ಏಮ್ಸ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಸ್ಟಂಟ್ಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಮಂಡಿ ಚಿಪ್ಪುಗಳ ದರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮಿತಿ ಹೇರುವಂಥ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಯವರು, ಕೈಗೆಟಕುವ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಔಷಧ ದೊರಕಿಸಲು ಜನ ಔಷಧ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited a tea garden in Assam’s Dibrugarh and interacted with the women working there. Walking through the plantation, he briefly joined them in plucking tea leaves and observed their work up close.

The PM’s interaction with the plantation workers was a memorable one. Calling tea the soul of Assam, the Prime Minister acknowledged the contribution of tea garden workers in shaping the state’s identity and sustaining a sector that reaches markets across the world.

The women working in the tea plantation shared various aspects of their culture. The PM praised the tea garden communities for their hard work and perseverance, noting that it has strengthened Assam’s pride.

In a special gesture, the women also sang a traditional song paying homage to Jagat Janani Maa. It reflected how tradition remains closely linked with everyday life in the tea gardens, offering a glimpse into the lives and contributions of those who form the backbone of Assam’s tea industry.
