We also want medical instruments to be made in India: Prime MinisterPradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana- Ayushman Bharat will transform the health sector and ensure the poor get top class healthcare and that too at affordable prices: PMપ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ આજે જૂનાગઢ જિલ્લામાં વિવિધ પરિયોજનાઓનું ઉદઘાટન કર્યુ હતુ, તેમાં સરકારી સિવિલ હોસ્પિટલ, દૂધ પ્રસંસ્કરણ પ્લાન્ટ અને જૂનાગઢ કૃષિ યુનિવર્સિટીના કેટલાક ભવનો સામેલ છે.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ જનસભાને સંબોધતા કહ્યુ હતું કે, આજે રૂ. 500 કરોડની નવ નવી પહેલો શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે, જે પૈકી કેટલીક દેશને સમર્પિત કરવામાં આવી છે, તો કેટલીકનું ખાતમુહૂર્ત થયું છે. તેમણે કહ્યું કે ભારતની વિકાસની સફરમાં એક નવી ઊર્જા અને ઝગમગાટ જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે.
તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે, રાજ્યનાં દરેક ભાગ સુધી પીવાનું પર્યાપ્ત પાણી પહોંચે એ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવાનાં પ્રયાસો સતત ચાલુ છે. અમે જળ સંરક્ષણ માટે પણ કામ કરીએ છીએ.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું હતું કે, સમગ્ર ગુજરાતમાં મેડિકલ કોલેજો અને હોસ્પિટલો બની રહી છે, તેનાથી દર્દીઓની સાથે તબીબ ક્ષેત્રનો અભ્યાસ કરવા ઇચ્છતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પણ મદદ મળી રહી છે. તેમણે જન ઔષધિ યોજનાનો ઉલ્લેખ કર્યો હતો, જે અંતર્ગત જન ઔષધિ સ્ટોર ખોલવામાં આવ્યાં છે. આ સ્ટોરમાં ઓછી કિંમતે જેનેરિક દવાઓ મળી રહી છે. ગરીબ અને મધ્યમ વર્ગને વાજબી કિંમતે દવા મળે એ મહત્ત્વપૂર્ણ છે.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, સરકારે સ્વચ્છતા પર ભાર મૂક્યો છે, જેની દુનિયાભરમાં પ્રશંસા થઈ રહી છે. સ્વચ્છતા ભારત પર ભાર મૂકવો ખૂબ મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે કારણ કે સ્વચ્છ ભારત એ સુનિશ્ચિત કરશે કે લોકો રોગોથી ન પીડાય.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, આરોગ્ય ક્ષેત્રને સારાં ડૉક્ટર અને પેરામેડિકલ સ્ટાફની જરૂર છે. અમે મેડિકલ સાધનો પણ ભારતમાં જ બનાવવા ઇચ્છીએ છીએ. તેમણે ઉમેર્યું હતું કે વિશ્વમાં ટેકનોલોજી દ્રષ્ટિએ થઈ રહેલી પ્રગતિ સાથે આ ક્ષેત્રએ પણ તાલમેળ જાળવવો જ પડશે.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ ભારપૂર્વક જણાવ્યું હતું કે, પ્રધાનમંત્રી જન આરોગ્ય યોજના – આયુષ્માન ભારત આરોગ્ય ક્ષેત્રની કાયાપલટ કરશે અને એ સુનિશ્ચિત કરશે કે ગરીબોને સર્વોત્તમ કક્ષાની સારવાર પરવડી શકે તેવી કિંમતે ઉપલબ્ધ બને.
