પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ આજે છત્તિસગઢની મુલાકાત લીધી હતી. તેમણે જાંજગીર-ચંપામાં હાથવણાટ અને ખેતી પર એક પ્રદર્શન નિહાળ્યુ હતુ. તેમણે રાષ્ટ્રીય રાજમાર્ગ યોજનાઓ અને પેન્ડ્રા-અનુપપુરની ત્રીજી રેલવે લાઇનનું ભૂમિપૂજન પણ કર્યું હતું. પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કેન્દ્ર અને રાજ્ય સરકારોની વિવિધ કલ્યાણકારક યોજનાઓનાં લાભાર્થીઓને પ્રમાણપત્ર પણ સુપરત કર્યા હતાં.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ એક મોટી ખેડૂતસભાને સંબોધન કરતાં ભૂતપૂર્વ પ્રધાનમંત્રી શ્રી અટલબિહારી વાજપેયીને યાદ કર્યા હતાં, જેમણે ત્રણ રાજ્યો – ઉત્તરાખંડ, ઝારખંડ અને છત્તિસગઢની રચના કરી હતી. પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, તમામ રાજ્યો ઝડપથી પ્રગતિ કરી રહ્યાં છે એ વિકાસની દ્રષ્ટિ ભૂતપૂર્વ પ્રધાનમંત્રી વાજપેયીની છે.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ ભારપૂર્વક કહ્યું હતું કે, કેન્દ્ર સરકાર વિકાસ પ્રત્યે સમર્પિત છે અને લોકોની આકાંક્ષાઓ પૂર્ણ કરવા ઇચ્છે છે. તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, અમે લોકોનાં જીવનને સરળ બનાવવા ઇચ્છીએ છીએ.
શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, સરકાર વોટબેંક કે ચૂંટણી જીતવા માટે યોજના બનાવવામાં વિશ્વાસ કરતી નથી. તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે, તેમનો ઉદ્દેશ એક નવું, આધુનિક છત્તિસગઢ બનાવવાનું છે.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, અમે સૌનો સાથ, સૌનો વિકાસનાં મિશન સાથે આગળ વધી રહ્યાં છીએ. સાથે-સાથે તેમણે ભારપૂર્વક એમ પણ કહ્યું હતું કે, કેન્દ્ર સરકાર ખેડૂતોને એમનો અધિકાર મળે અને એમને લાભ થાય એ સુનિશ્ચિત કરવા આકરી મહેનત કરી રહી છે. પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ કહ્યું હતું કે, પ્રધાનમંત્રી ખેડૂત સમૃદ્ધિ યોજના ખેડૂતોને આ મિશનમાં મદદગાર સાબિત થઈ રહી છે, ટેકનોલોજીનાં માધ્યમથી ખેડૂતોનાં કલ્યાણનું કાર્ય સુનિશ્ચિત કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે, જે અંતર્ગત સોઇલ હેલ્થ કાર્ડ અને પાક વીમા યોજના જેવી ઘણી યોજનાઓ મારફતે ખેડૂતોને લાભ થઈ રહ્યો છે.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ એ વાત યાદ અપાવી હતી કે, અગાઉ અમુક પસંદગીનાં લોકોને કલ્યાણકારી યોજનાઓનો લાભ મળતો હતો અને ભ્રષ્ટાચારે વહીવટીતંત્રને બરબાદ કરી દીધું હતું. પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ ભારપૂર્વક કહ્યું હતું કે, અમે સૌનાં વિકાસ માટે પ્રતિબદ્ધ છીએ, કેન્દ્ર સરકાર વર્ષ 2022 સુધી દરેક વ્યક્તિને ઘરનું ઘર આપવા ઇચ્છે છે.
પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, શૌચાલય બનાવવાનું કાર્ય અભિયાનની જેમ હાથ ધરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. તેમણે કહ્યું હતું કે, ઉજ્જવલા યોજના અંતર્ગત ગરીબોને ભોજન બનાવવા માટે ગેસ કનેક્શન આપવામાં આવ્યાં હતાં અને હવે સૌભાગ્ય યોજનાનાં માધ્યમથી દરેક ઘરમાં વીજળીનું કનેક્શન સુનિશ્ચિત કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે.
