وزیر اعظم 02 اکتوبر کو جل جیون مشن کے تعلق سے گرام پنچایتوں اور پانی سمیتیوں کے ساتھ بات چیت کریں گے

وزیراعظم جل جیون مشن ایپ اور راشٹریہ جل جیون کوش لانچ کریں گے

وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی 02 اکتوبر 2021 کو صبح 11 بجے ویڈیو کانفرنسنگ کے ذریعے جل جیون مشن کے تعلق سے گرام پنچایتوں اور پانی سمیتیوں/ گاؤں میں پانی کی فراہمی اور صفائی ستھرائی سے متعلق کمیٹیوں (وی ڈبلیو ایس سی) کے ساتھ بات چیت کریں گے۔

اس موقع پر وزیراعظم جل جیون مشن ایپ  بھی لانچ کریں گے تاکہ اسٹیک ہولڈرز میں بہتر انداز میں بیداری پیدا کی جاسکے اور مشن کے تحت  آنے والی اسکیموں کو زیادہ شفاف اور جوابدہ بنایا جا سکے۔

وزیر اعظم راشٹریہ جل جیون کوش کا بھی افتتاح کریں گے ، جہاں کوئی بھی فرد ، ادارہ ، کارپوریٹ ، یا انسان دوست ، خواہ وہ بھارت میں ہو یا بیرون ملک میں ، دیہی علاقوں میں واقع ہر گھر ، اسکول ، آنگن واڑی مراکز ، آشرم شالا ، اور دیگرعوامی ادارے میں نل کے پانی کے کنکشن کی فراہمی میں اپنا کردار ادا کرسکتا ہے اور اپنے طور سے تعاون کرسکتا ہے۔

جل جیون مشن کے تعلق سے ملک بھر میں دن کے دوران گرام سبھا بھی منعقد ہوں گی۔ان  گرام سبھاؤں میں گاؤں کے پانی کی فراہمی کے نظام کے سلسلے میں منصوبہ بندی اور انتظامات پر تبادلہ خیال کیا جائے گااور یہ گرام سبھائیں  پانی کی طویل مدتی حفاظت کے لیے بھی کام کریں گی۔

پانی سمیتیوں/وی ڈبلیو ایس سی کے بارے میں

پانی سمیتی گاؤں کے پانی کی فراہمی کے نظام کی منصوبہ بندی ، نفاذ ، انتظام وانصرام ، کارگزاریوں اور دیکھ بھال میں کلیدی کردار ادا کرتی ہیں ، اس طرح ہر گھر کو باقاعدہ اور طویل مدتی بنیادوں پر صاف نل کا پانی مہیا کرایا جاتا ہے۔

چھ لاکھ سے زیادہ دیہی علاقوں میں سے ، پانی سمیتیوں/ وی ڈبلیو ایس سی تقریباً 3.5 لاکھ دیہاتوں میں تشکیل دی گئی ہیں۔ 7.1 لاکھ سے زائد خواتین کو فیلڈ ٹیسٹ کٹس کے ذریعے پانی کے معیار کو جانچنے کی تربیت دی گئی ہے۔

جل جیون مشن کے بارے میں

15 اگست ، 2019 کو ، وزیر اعظم نے ہر گھر کو صاف نل کا پانی فراہم کرنے کے لیے جل جیون مشن کا اعلان کیا تھا۔ مشن کے آغاز کے وقت ، صرف 3.23 کروڑ (17فیصد) دیہی گھرانوں کو نل کے پانی کی فراہمی  کرائی جا سکی تھی۔

عالمی وبا کووڈ-19کے باوجود ، پچھلے دو سالوں میں ، 5 کروڑ سے زیادہ گھرانوں کو نل کے پانی کے کنکشن فراہم کیے گئے ہیں۔ آج تک، تقریباً8.26 کروڑ (43 فیصد)دیہی علاقے کے  گھروں میں نل کے پانی کی فراہمی  کرائی گئی ہے۔ 78 اضلاع کے ہر دیہی گھر ، 58 ہزار گرام پنچایتوں اور 1.16 لاکھ دیہاتوں میں نل کے پانی کی فراہمی ہو رہی ہے۔ اب تک، 7.72 لاکھ (76فیصد)اسکولوں اور 7.48 لاکھ (67.5فیصد)آنگن واڑی مراکز میں نل کے پانی کی فراہمی کی گئی ہے۔

وزیر اعظم کے ’سب کا ساتھ ، سب کا وکاس ، سب کا وشواس ، سب کا پریاس‘ کے وژن کو سمجھنے کے لیے ، اور حاشیے پر پڑے لوگوں کی زندگیوں کو بہتر بنانےکی منشا اور نیت کوزمینی سطح پر نافذ کرتے ہوئے ، جل جیون مشن کو ریاستوں کے ساتھ مل کر3.60 لاکھ کروڑ کے بجٹ کو منظور کرتے ہوئے لاگو کیا گیا ہے۔  مزید یہ کہ ، 2021-22 سے 2025-26 کی مدت کے لیے دیہاتوں میں  نلوں کے پانی کی فراہمی اور صفائی ستھرائی کے لیے 15 ویں فنانس کمیشن کے تحت 1.42 لاکھ کروڑ روپے پی آر آئیز کو مجوزہ گرانٹ کے طور پر مختص کیے گئے ہیں۔
