وزیراعظم نے پہلوان ونیش پھوگاٹ کو خواتین کے 53 کلوگوام کشتی مقابلے میں طلائی تمغہ جیتنے پر مبارکباد پیش کی ہے

وزیراعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے  برمنگھم دولت مشترکہ کھیل 2022 میں، پہلوان  ونیش پھوگاٹ کو، خواتین کے 53 کلوگرام کشتی مقابلے میں طلائی تمغہ جیتنے پر مبارکباد پیش کی ہے۔

ایک  ٹوئیٹ میں وزیراعظم نے کہا: 

’’ @ونیش پھوگاٹ  کے ذریعے جیتا گیا آج کا  طلائی تمغہ  بہت خاص ہے۔ وہ بھارت کی سب سے  ممتاز ایتھلیٹو ں میں سے ایک ہیں اور دولت مشترکہ کھیلوں میں یہ ان کا لگاتار تیسرا طلائی  تمغہ ہے۔ کھیلوں کے تئیں اعلیٰ اور قابل ذکر وابستگی کے لئے وہ ایک  علامت بن گئی ہیں۔ انہیں مبارکباد۔ #Cheer4India‘‘

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has called upon citizens to celebrate National Handloom Day on 7th August by promoting India's rich and diverse handloom traditions.
