وزیراعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے آج چھتیس گڑھ کےجگدل پورمیں ایک عظیم الشان جلسہ عام سےخطاب کیا۔ وزیراعظم نے اس موقع پر اپنی تقریر میں ملک کے شہریوں کی زندگی کے معیار میں بہتری پیدا کرنے کی مرکزی اور ریاستی سرکاروں کی کوششوں پر تفصیل سے روشنی ڈالی۔ وزیراعظم نے اپنی تقریر میں کانگریس پارٹی کو چھتیس گڑھ کی فلاح کو نظرانداز کرکے جھوٹی باتیں پھیلانے کا ذمہ دار قرار دیا۔

وزیراعظم نے اس موقع پر جمع پرجوش مجمع سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ بھارتیہ جنتاپارٹی کےلئے ’سب کا ساتھ سب کا وکاس‘ ہی واحد حصول ہے اور یہ پارٹی ذات اور صنف کی بنیاد پر کبھی کوئی تفریق نہیں کرتی۔چھتیس گڑھ کو ترقی کی دوڑ میں پچھڑا ہونے کے لئے کانگریس کو ذمہ دار قرار دیتے ہوئے وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ جب مدھیہ پردیش میں کانگریس کی سرکار تھی اور چھتیس گڑھ بھی اس کا حصہ تھا، سبھی جانتےہیں کہ اس وقت یہاں کو لوگوں کو کیا کیا برداشت کرنا پڑا۔ کانگریس نے اس خطے کے لوگوں کی امنگوں اور آرزوؤں کے بارے میں کبھی نہیں سوچا۔

 وزیراعظم نے کانگریس کو شہری ماؤ نواز قرار دیتے ہوئے چھتیس گڑ ھ کے عوام سے زور دیکر کہا کہ کانگریس کے لیڈروں کو معقول جواب دیا جانا چاہیے جو ایک طرف تو شہری ماؤنوازوں کو بچانے کی کوشش کررہے ہیں اور دوسری طرف چھتیس گڑھ کو ماؤنوازوں سے پاک کرنے کی بات کرتے ہیں۔

کانگریس مرکز میں 10 سال برسر اقتدار رہی لیکن اس نے کبھی چھتیس گڑھ کی ضرورتوں پر توجہ نہیں دی۔انہوں نے اس خطے کی ترقی کے بارے میں کبھی نہیں سوچا۔

 کانگریس پر ووٹ بینک کی سیاست کرنے کا الزام عائد کرتےہوئے وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ کانگریس ہمیشہ غریبو، دلتوں، قبائلی برادریوں اور حاشئے پر پڑےکمزور طبقات کو اپنا ووٹ بینک سمجھتی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ کانگریس نے قبائلی برادریوں کو بااختیار بنانے کے بارے میں کبھی نہیں سوچا۔ یہ آنجہانی اٹل بہاری واجپئی جی ہی تھے جنہوں نے ان کی فلاح و بہبود کے بارے میں سوچا اور قبائلی امور کی وزارت قائم کی۔

 بانس کو گھانس کے زمرے میں شمار کرنے والی برادریوں کی فلاح کےلئے اور ان کی ثقافت و روایات کے وسیع تر فروغ کے لئے وزیراعظم نے بتایا کچھ کانگریس لیڈروں نے شمال مشرقی خطے میں قبائلی برادریوں کے تہوار میں روایتی پگڑی پہننے پر کس طرح ان کا مذاق اڑایا تھا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ قبائلی عوام کی یہ توہین ناقابل قبول ہے۔

وزیراعظم نے چھتیس گڑھ میں کئے جانے والے ترقیاتی اقدامات کی فہرست پیش کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ مرکز ،ریاست چھتیس گڑھ کی فلاح کے لئے ہمیشہ عہد بستہ رہے گا۔ میں نے پہلے وعدہ کیا تھا کہ چھتیس گڑھ کو ترقی کا ایک ڈبل انجن دستیاب کرایا جائے گا اور اب یہ وعدہ پورا کردیا گیا ہے۔ ریاست میں رمن سنگھ جی کی قیادت میں اور ترقی سے مشروط بی جے پی قیادت والی مرکزی سرکار نے چھتیس گڑھ کی ترقی کے لئے کوئی دقیقہ فروگزاشت نہیں کیا۔

وزیراعظم نے حال ہی میں دوردرشن کے نیوز کیمرہ مین آنجہانی اچوتا نند ساہو اور سلامتی دستوں کے دو جوانوں کو ماؤں نوازوں کے ذریعہ ہلاک کئے جانے پر گہرے غم و غصے کا اظہار کیا۔ انہوں نے کانگریس پارٹی پر شدید نکتی چینی کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ کانگریس نے قتل و غارت گری برپا کرنے والے ماؤ نوازوں کو ’کرانتی کاری‘ یا انقلابی قرار دیا ہے۔

 

 

چھتیس گڑھ کے وزیراعلی ڈاکٹر رمن سنگھ جی اور پارٹی کے دیگر کاریہ کرتا بھی اس موقع پر موجود تھے۔

PM to Address Youth at Khelo India Dialogue on 27th August

Khelo India Dialogue will bring together sports, youth leadership, civic responsibility, volunteering, fitness and nation-building on a common platform
Yuva Samvaad under Khelo India Dialogue to Focus on Five Key Themes: Sports, Olympic Aspirations, Youth Leadership, Viksit Bharat and Nasha Mukt Yuva

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will address Khelo India Dialogue on 27th August at 11 AM via video conferencing. The programme aims to help the youth engage with India's sporting journey, share their aspirations, and contribute ideas for a stronger youth-led Viksit Bharat.

Organised by Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat), as part of the National Sports Day 2026 celebrations, the programme will be conducted across the country with participation of youth at two colleges in every district across States and Union Territories. The programme is being held in line with the Prime Minister's vision of building a fit, disciplined and sporting nation while placing the aspirations of youth at the centre of the national development agenda.

The nationwide Khelo India Dialogue will bring together sports, youth leadership, civic responsibility, volunteering, fitness and nation-building on a common platform. It will provide a direct channel for young people to engage with the country's sporting ambitions, while ensuring that their ideas and perspectives become part of the continuing conversation on India's youth and sports ecosystem.

The national programme will be followed by local interactions involving young participants, MY Bharat volunteers, local sportspersons and public representatives. A major feature of the initiative will be direct interaction between youth having interest in sports and leading Indian athletes and medal winners. A central feature of the programme will be Yuva Samvaad where Young participants will be invited to articulate their own ideas, perspectives and aspirations. The dialogue will be structured around five themes:

  • improving India's sports ecosystem through better facilities, coaching, sports science and inclusive participation;
  • nurturing talent for the 2036 Olympics via scientific talent identification, transparent selection and long-term athlete development;
  • creating youth leaders through governance platforms and MY Bharat-led volunteering;
  • empowering youth for Viksit Bharat by building civic mindedness, future-ready skills and structured volunteering;
  • promoting a Nasha Mukt Yuva movement that leverages sport and peer networks to fight substance abuse, reinforced by weekly Jan Bhagidari activities under PM's 100-week nationwide campaign launched on 2 August 2026.
