اس فیصلے سے مسافروں اور سامان دونوں کو فائدہ پہنچے گا ؛ کچھ میں نئی ریل لائن سےسرحدی رن آف کچھ ، ہڑپہ مقام دھولاویرا ، کوٹیشور مندر ، نارائن سروور اور لکھپت قلعے کو مربوط کرکے سیاحت کو فروغ حاصل ہوگا
ریلوے نے اپنے موجودہ نیٹ ورک میں 565 روٹ کلومیٹر کا اضافہ کیا ہے جس سےکوئلہ ، سیمنٹ ، کلینکر ، فلائی ایش ، اسٹیل ، کنٹینر ، کھاد ، زرعی اشیاءاور پیٹرولیم مصنوعات وغیرہ کی نقل و حمل کو فروغ ملے گا

وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی کی صدارت میں مرکزی کابینہ نے ریلوے کی وزارت کے 4 پروجیکٹوں کو منظوری دی ہے جن کی کل لاگت   تقریبا 12،328کروڑ روپے ہے۔ ان منصوبوں میں شامل ہیں:

  1. دیشلپار-حاجی پیر-لونا اور ویور-لکھپت نئی لائن
  2. سکندرآباد (سناتھ نگر)-واڈی تیسری اور چوتھی لائن
  3. بھاگلپور-جمال پور تیسری لائن
  4. فرکٹنگ-نیو تینسوکیا ڈبلنگ

مذکورہ پروجیکٹوں کا مقصد مسافروں اور سامان دونوں کی ہموار اور تیز رفتار نقل و حمل کو یقینی بنانا ہے ۔ یہ اقدامات لاجسٹک لاگت کو کم کرنے اور تیل کی درآمدات پر انحصار کو کم کرنے کے علاوہ رابطے فراہم کریں گے اور سفر کی سہولت کو بہتر بنائیں گے ۔ مزید برآں ، یہ منصوبے کاربن ڈائی آکسائیڈ کے اخراج کو کم کرنے میں معاون ثابت ہوں گے ، جس سے پائیدار اور موثر ریل آپریشنز میں مدد ملے گی ۔ یہ منصوبے اس کی تعمیر کے دوران تقریبا 251 (دو سو اکیاون) لاکھ دنوں کے لیے براہ راست روزگار بھی پیدا کریں گے ۔

مجوزہ نئی لائن کچھ خطے کے دور دراز علاقے کو رابطہ فراہم کرے گی ۔ اس سے گجرات میں موجودہ ریلوے نیٹ ورک میں 145 روٹ کلومیٹر اور 164 ٹریک کلومیٹر کا اضافہ ہوگا جس کی تخمینہ لاگت 2526 کروڑ روپے ہوگی ۔ پروجیکٹ کی تکمیل کی مدت 3 سال ہے ۔ ریاست گجرات میں سیاحت کو فروغ دینے کے علاوہ نئی ریل لائن سے نمک ، سیمنٹ ، کوئلہ ، کلنکر اور بینٹونائٹ کی نقل و حمل میں مدد ملے گی ۔ اس پروجیکٹ کی اسٹریٹجک اہمیت یہ ہے کہ یہ رن آف کچھ کو رابطہ فراہم کرے گا ۔ ہڑپہ  مقام دھولاویرا ، کوٹیشور مندر ، نارائن سروور اور لکھپت قلعہ بھی ریل نیٹ ورک کے تحت آئیں گے کیونکہ 13 نئے ریلوے اسٹیشنوں کو شامل کیا جائے گا جس سے 866 گاؤں اور تقریبا 16 لاکھ آبادی کو فائدہ پہنچے گا ۔

کنیکٹیویٹی کو خاص طور سے فروغ دیتے ہوئے  منظور شدہ ملٹی ٹریکنگ پروجیکٹس سے تقریبا. 3, 108 گاؤں اور تقریبا 47.34 لاکھ آبادی اور ایک امنگوں والا ضلع (کلبرگی) میں کنیکٹویٹی میں اضافہ ہوگا جس سے کرناٹک ، تلنگانہ ، بہار اور آسام کی ریاستوں کو فائدہ پہنچے گا ۔ پورے کرناٹک اور تلنگانہ میں پھیلی ہوئی173 کلومیٹر طویل سکندرآباد (سناتھ نگر)-واڑی تیسری اور چوتھی لائن ، ، جس کی لاگت 5012 کروڑ روپے ہے ،اس کی تکمیل کا  وقت  پانچ سال ہے جبکہ بہار میں 53 کلومیٹر طویل بھاگلپور-جمال پور تیسری لائن کے لیے یہ تین سال ہے ، جس کی لاگت 1156 کروڑ روپے ہے ۔ 3634 کروڑ روپے کی لاگت سے 194 کلومیٹر طویل فرکاٹنگ-نیو تینسوکیا ڈبلنگ کا کام چار سال میں مکمل ہو جائے گا ۔

لائن کی بڑھتی ہوئی صلاحیت نقل و حرکت میں نمایاں اضافہ کرے گی ، جس کے نتیجے میں ہندوستانی ریلوے کے لیے آپریشنل کارکردگی اور خدمات کی  معتبریت میں بہتری آئے گی ۔ یہ ملٹی ٹریکنگ تجاویز کارروائیوں کو ہموار کرنے اور بھیڑ کو کم کرنے کے لیے تیار ہیں ۔ یہ پروجیکٹ وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی جی کے نئے ہندوستان کے وژن کے مطابق ہیں جو علاقے میں جامع ترقی کے ذریعے خطے کے لوگوں کو "آتم نربھر" بنائے گا جس سے ان کے روزگار/خود روزگار کے مواقع میں اضافہ ہوگا ۔

ان پروجیکٹوں کی منصوبہ بندی پی ایم-گتی شکتی نیشنل ماسٹر پلان  کے تحت  کی گئی ہے جس میں مربوط منصوبہ بندی اور  متعلقہ فریقوں کی مشاورت کے ذریعے ملٹی ماڈل کنیکٹوٹی اور لاجسٹک کارکردگی کو بڑھانے پر توجہ دی گئی ہے ۔ گجرات ، کرناٹک ، تلنگانہ ، بہار اور آسام ریاستوں کے 13 اضلاع کا احاطہ کرنے والے چار پروجیکٹ ہندوستانی ریلوے کے موجودہ نیٹ ورک میں تقریبا 565 کلومیٹر کا اضافہ کریں گے ۔

یہ کوئلہ ، سیمنٹ ، کلینکر ، فلائیش ، اسٹیل ، کنٹینر ، کھاد ، زرعی اشیاء اور پٹرولیم مصنوعات وغیرہ جیسی اشیاء کی نقل و حمل کے لیے اہم راستے ہیں۔  صلاحیت میں اضافے کے کاموں کے نتیجے میں 68 ایم ٹی پی اے (ملین ٹن فی سال) کی اضافی مال برداری ہوگی ریلوے ماحول  کے لیے سازگار  اور توانائی سے موثر نقل و حمل کا ذریعہ ہونے کی وجہ سے آب و ہوا کے اہداف کو حاصل کرنے اور ملک کی لاجسٹک لاگت کو کم کرنے ، تیل کی درآمد کو کم کرنے (56 کروڑ لیٹر) اور کاربن ڈائی آکسائیڈ کے اخراج کو کم کرنے (360 کروڑ کلوگرام) دونوں میں مدد ملے گی جو کہ 14 کروڑ درخت لگانے کے برابر ہے ۔

مجوزہ منصوبوں کا مقصد کوئلے ، کنٹینرز ، سیمنٹ ، زرعی اشیاء ، آٹوموبائل ، پی او ایل ، آئرن اور اسٹیل اور دیگر سامان کی نقل و حمل کے لیے اہم راستوں پر لائن کی صلاحیت میں اضافہ کرکے لاجسٹک کارکردگی کو بڑھانا ہے ۔ توقع ہے کہ ان سدھاروں  سے سپلائی چین کو بہتر بنانے میں مدد ملے گی ، جس سے اقتصادی ترقی میں تیزی آئے گی ۔

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi chaired the second high-level meeting with Secretaries to the Government of India at his residence at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg earlier today. He reviewed the future action agenda of Ministries and Departments dealing with Finance and Economy, Commerce and Industry, and Technology sectors. The meeting focused on accelerating progress towards the goals of Viksit Bharat.

Prime Minister called for a strong focus on team building across Ministries and Departments, urging officers to work with a shared sense of purpose. He emphasised the need to break both horizontal and vertical silos within the Government so that departments function in close coordination and deliver integrated outcomes.

Highlighting the importance of citizen-centric governance, Prime Minister said that the people of India must remain at the centre of governance. He reminded that every decision and policy should be guided by the interests and aspirations of the common citizen.

Prime Minister stressed that while India is making significant investments in infrastructure, equal priority must be given to developing indigenous technologies. He underscored the importance of technological self-reliance and building domestic capabilities in critical sectors.

Prime Minister underlined that energy security is closely linked with national security, economic stability and citizens’ welfare. Prime Minister said India must achieve self-reliance in the energy sector through innovation, diversification and accelerated capacity creation.

Emphasising that reforms are not merely a fashionable term but a continuous necessity for effective governance, Prime Minister stressed the need to reform processes, improve work culture and strengthen institutional efficiency.

Prime Minister said that growing use of technology must be accompanied by a strong focus on cybersecurity to safeguard digital systems and infrastructure. He stressed the need for constant vigilance against emerging cyber threats. He called for encouraging greater participation of young innovators and entrepreneurs in the cybersecurity ecosystem and emphasised that it should evolve into a nationwide movement.

Prime Minister also emphasised the importance of proactive communication on strategic sectors where the country is undertaking major initiatives, to counter misinformation and unfounded fears surrounding such efforts.

Prime Minister says that new academic courses should be planned in partnership with industry to equip the workforce with skills required by emerging and future industries. He also observed that a government must always remain youthful, dynamic and forward-looking, continuously adapting to new challenges and opportunities with agility and innovation.

The meeting featured detailed discussions by Secretaries on the progress, priorities and implementation issues across their respective domains. The meeting was attended by the Cabinet Secretary, Secretaries of key Ministries and Departments, and senior officials from the Prime Minister’s Office.
