ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ జమ్ము & కశ్మీర్ లో 9 కిలో మీటర్ల పొడవైన చెనాని -నాశ్ రీ సొరంగ మార్గాన్ని ఈ రోజు దేశ ప్రజలకు అంకితం చేశారు. భారతదేశంలో కెల్లా అతి పెద్దదైన రోడ్ టనల్ ఇది.
సొరంగ మార్గంలో అంతటా కూడా ప్రధాన మంత్రి స్వయంగా ప్రయాణించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆ రోడ్ టనల్ ప్రధానాంశాలను గురించి అధికారులు ఆయనకు వివరించారు.
ఉధంపూర్ లో జరిగిన ఒక బహిరంగ సభలో ప్రధాన మంత్రి పాల్గొని ప్రసంగిస్తూ.. ఈ సొరంగ మార్గం ప్రపంచ శ్రేణి సొరంగ మార్గమని, ఇది అత్యుత్తమ ప్రమాణాలకు తులతూగుతోందని చెప్పారు. ఈ సొరంగ మార్గం పర్యావరణ హితకరమైనదని, భూ తాపానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా సాగే సమరంలో ఇది తోడ్పడుతుందని తెలిపారు. యువతలో పెడదారి పట్టిన కొంత మంది రాళ్ళు రువ్వుతూ ఉంటే మరోవైపు కశ్మీర్ యువజనులు మౌలిక సదుపాయాలను సమకూర్చడం కోసం రాళ్ళను పొడి చేస్తున్నారని ప్రధాన మంత్రి అన్నారు. ఈ సొరంగ మార్గం పర్యటన రంగానికి ఉత్తేజాన్ని అందిస్తున్నది. తద్వారా ఆర్థిక వృద్ధికి ఇది దోహదం చేస్తుందని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
హింస, ఉగ్రవాదం ఎవరికీ, ఎన్నటికీ మేలు చేసేవి కావని ప్రధాన మంత్రి అన్నారు. జమ్ము & కశ్మీర్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి మెహబూబా ముఫ్తీకి ఆయన ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్రానికి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించిన ప్యాకేజీ పై కసరత్తు మొదలైనట్లు చెప్పారు.
పూర్వ ప్రధాని శ్రీ అటల్ బిహారీ వాజ్ పేయి కృషి, దార్శనికతలను ప్రధాన మంత్రి గుర్తు చేశారు. అభివృద్ధే కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం జపిస్తున్న ఏకైక మంత్రమని, దీనిని ప్రజల ప్రాతినిధ్యం ద్వారానే సాధించగలుగుతామని కూడా ఆయన చెప్పారు.
