இந்த வரலாற்றுச் சிறப்புமிக்க நிகழ்வில் எனது அமைச்சரவை நண்பர்களான திரு ஹர்தீப் சிங் புரி, திரு ஜி. கிஷன் ரெட்டி, திரு அர்ஜுன் ராம் மேகவால், திருமதி மீனாட்சி லேகி மற்றும் திரு கௌசல் கிஷோர் ஆகியோர் இந்த மேடையில் உள்ளனர்.

நண்பர்களே,

விடுதலையின் அமிர்த பெருவிழாவில் புதிய உத்வேகத்தையும், ஆற்றலையும் நாடு இன்று பெற்றுள்ளது. கடந்த காலத்தை விட்டு விலகி, எதிர்காலத்திற்கான கண்ணோட்டத்தை பல நிறங்களில் இன்று நாம் நிறைத்துள்ளோம். இன்று இந்த புதிய ஒளியை எல்லா இடங்களிலிருந்தும் காண முடிகிறது, இதுதான் புதிய இந்தியாவின் நம்பிக்கையின் ஒளி. அடிமைத்தனத்தின் சின்னமான ராஜபாதை இன்று முதல் வரலாறாகியுள்ளது. ‘கடமைப் பாதை’ என்ற வடிவத்தில் இன்று ஓர் புதிய வரலாறு உருவாகியுள்ளது. விடுதலையின் அமிர்த காலத்தில் அடிமைத்தனத்தின் மற்றொரு அடையாளத்தில் இருந்து விடுதலை கிடைத்திருப்பதற்காக நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு வாழ்த்து தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.

நண்பர்களே,

நம் தேசத் தலைவர் நேதாஜி சுபாஷ் சந்திர போஸின் பிரம்மாண்டமான உருவச்சிலை இந்தியா கேட் அருகே இன்று நிறுவப்பட்டுள்ளது. அடிமைப்பட்டிருந்த காலத்தில் ஆங்கிலேய ஆட்சியின் பிரதிநிதி ஒருவரின் சிலை இங்கு இருந்தது. இன்று அதே இடத்தில் நேதாஜியின் சிலையை அமைத்து நவீன மற்றும் வலுவான இந்தியா உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. சுபாஷ் சந்திர போசை ஒட்டுமொத்த உலக நாடுகளும் தலைவராக கருதின. துணிச்சல், சுயமரியாதை, புதிய சிந்தனைகள் மற்றும் தொலைநோக்கு பார்வைகளோடு தலைமைப் பண்பையும் அவர் கொண்டிருந்தார். இந்தியாவின் பாரம்பரியத்தால் பெருமை கொண்டிருந்த நேதாஜி சுபாஷ், வெகுவிரைவில் இந்தியாவை நவீனமயமாக்க விரும்பினார். சுதந்திரத்திற்கு பிறகு அவரது பாதையை நாடு பின்பற்றி இருந்தால் புதிய உச்சங்களை அடைந்திருக்கும். ஆனால் துரதிஷ்டவசமாக விடுதலைக்குப் பிறகு இந்த தலைசிறந்த தலைவர் பலரால் மறக்கப்பட்டார்.

நண்பர்களே,

மகாகவி பாரதியார் தமிழ் மொழியில் இந்தியாவின் சிறப்புகள் பற்றி அழகான கவிதையில் குறிப்பிட்டார். ‘பாருக்குள்ளே நல்ல நாடு, எங்கள் பாரத நாடு' என்பது இந்த கவிதையாகும். இந்த கவிதை ஒவ்வொரு இந்தியருக்கும் பெருமிதம் அளிக்கிறது. அறிவு, ஆன்மீகம், மரியாதை, உணவு தானம் இசை உள்ளிட்டவற்றில் நம் நாடு தான் தலைசிறந்தது என்பது இந்த கவிதையின் பொருள். இந்தக் கவிதையில் பாரதியார் வர்ணித்திருந்தவாறு இந்தியாவை நாம் கட்டமைக்க வேண்டும்.

Prime Minister congratulates successful candidates of Civil Services Examination, 2025

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated all those who have successfully cleared the Civil Services Examination, 2025. He said that their dedication, perseverance and hard work have enabled them to achieve this significant milestone.

The Prime Minister noted that clearing the Civil Services Examination marks the beginning of an important journey of public service. He wished the successful candidates the very best as they embark on the path of serving the nation and fulfilling the aspirations of the people.

The Prime Minister also conveyed his message to those who may not have secured the desired outcome in the examination. He acknowledged that such moments can be difficult, but emphasised that this is only one step in a larger journey.

Highlighting that many opportunities lie ahead, both in future examinations and in the many avenues through in which individuals can contribute to the nation, the Prime Minister extended his best wishes to them for the road ahead.
