பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி புதுதில்லியில் இன்று தேசிய விருது பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்களிடையே உரையாற்றினார். ஆசிரியர்களை கௌரவிப்பது வெறும் சடங்கல்ல என்றும் அவர்கள் தங்களின்  வாழ்நாளையே அர்பணித்துள்ளதை  அங்கீகரிப்பதாகும் என்றும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார். தேசிய ஆசிரியர் விருது பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் பிரதமர் தமது மனப்பூர்வமான வாழ்த்துகளை தெரிவித்துக் கொண்டார். அவர்களுடைய கடின உழைப்பு மற்றும் அர்ப்பணிப்புக்கான அங்கீகாரமே இந்த விருதுக்கான தேர்வு என்று அவர் கூறினார்.

ஆசிரியர்கள் தற்போதைய சூழலை கட்டமைப்பதோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல், நாட்டின் எதிர்காலத்தையும் கட்டமைப்பதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார். நடப்பாண்டு விருது பெற்ற ஆசிரியர்களைப் போல், நாட்டில் உள்ள லட்சக்கணக்கான ஆசிரியர்கள் பொறுப்புணர்வுடனும், உறுதிப்பாட்டுடனும், சேவை, அர்ப்பணிப்புடனும் கல்வியில் கவனம் செலுத்துவதாக அவர் கூறினார். நாட்டைக் கட்டமைப்பதில் அளப்பரிய பங்காற்றும் கல்வியாளர்களுக்கு தாம் மரியாதை செலுத்துவதாகவும் அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார். வலிமை மிக்க நாடு, சமூகத்திற்கு அதிகாரமளித்தல் ஆகியவற்றின் அடித்தளமாக ஆசிரியர்கள் விளங்குகின்றனர் என்று அவர் கூறினார்.

நவீன காலத்திற்கு ஏற்றார் போல் பாடத்திட்டங்களை மாற்றி அமைப்பதன் அவசியம் குறித்தும் ஆசிரியர்கள் உணர்ந்துள்ளதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார். இதே உத்வேகம் நாட்டிற்கான சீர்திருத்தங்களிலும் பிரதிபலிப்பதாக அவர் கூறினார்.

காலத்திற்கு தேவையான அடிப்படையில் சீர்திருத்தங்கள் அவசியம் தொடர்ந்து மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும் என்பது தங்கள் அரசின் உறுதிப்பாடு என்றும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார். சீர்திருத்தங்கள் மூலம் இந்தியாவை தற்சார்புடையதாக திகழச் செய்ய, செங்கோட்டையில் இருந்து தாம் உரையாற்றிய நிகழ்வை நினைவுகூர்ந்த பிரதமர், தீபாவளி மற்றும் சத் பூஜை பண்டிகைகளுக்கு முன்பாக மக்களுக்கு இரட்டை கொண்டாட்டம் அளிக்கப்படும் என்று உறுதி அளித்திருந்ததை குறிப்பிட்டார்.

 

அந்த உத்வேகத்தோடு, ஜி.எஸ்.டி. குழுமம் சிறப்புமிக்க முடிவை எடுத்துள்ளதாக அவர் கூறினார். ஜி.எஸ்.டி. தற்போது மிகவும் எளிமையாக்கப்பட்டு உள்ளதாகவும் தெரிவித்த அவர், 5 சதவீதம் மற்றும் 18 சதவீதம் ஆகிய இரண்டு அடுக்குகளில் மட்டும் ஜி.எஸ்.டி. வரி அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக கூறினார். இந்த புதிய வரி விகிதங்கள் நவராத்திரியின் முதல் நாளான செப்டம்பர் 22 திங்கட்கிழமை முதல் அமலுக்கு வரும் என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

 

நவராத்திரி தொடக்கம் முதல் கோடிக்கணக்கான மக்களின் அத்தியாவசியப் பொருட்களின் விலை மேலும் குறைவாக இருக்கும் என்று அவர் கூறினார். சுதந்திர இந்தியாவில், ஜி.எஸ்.டி. மிகப்பெரிய பொருளாதார சீர்திருத்தங்களில் ஒன்றாகும் என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.  இதன்மூலம் பல்முனை வரிகளில் இருந்து நாடு விடுவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக அவர் கூறினார்.

 

இந்த சீர்திருத்தங்கள் சாதாரண மக்களின் சேமிப்பை அதிகரிப்பதோடு, நாட்டின் பொருளாதாரத்தையும் வலுப்படுத்தி இரட்டைப் பயன்களை அளிக்கும் என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார். இந்த சீர்திருத்தம் ஏழை, நடுத்தர வகுப்பினர், விவசாயிகள், பெண்கள், மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் இளைஞர்களுக்கு பெறும் நிவாரணம் அளிக்கும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுவதாக அவர் கூறினார்.

 

இந்த சீர்திருத்தங்கள் சாதாரண மக்களின் சேமிப்பை அதிகரிப்பதோடு, நாட்டின் பொருளாதாரத்தையும் வலுப்படுத்தி இரட்டைப் பயன்களை அளிக்கும் என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார். இந்த சீர்திருத்தம் ஏழை, நடுத்தர வகுப்பினர், விவசாயிகள், பெண்கள், மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் இளைஞர்களுக்கு பெறும் நிவாரணம் அளிக்கும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுவதாக அவர் கூறினார்.

 

வாகனங்களின் வரி குறைக்கப்பட்டதன் மூலம், புதிதாக பணியை தொடங்கியுள்ள இளைய தொழில் வல்லுனர்கள் பயன்பெறுவார்கள் என்று அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார். இம்முடிவு வீடுகளில் நிதிநிலை சூழலை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கு சுலபமாக இருக்கும் என்றும், தங்களின் வாழ்க்கைத் தரத்தை மேம்படுத்த உதவும் என்றும் திரு மோடி தெரிவித்தார்.

Prime Minister congratulates successful candidates of Civil Services Examination, 2025

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has congratulated all those who have successfully cleared the Civil Services Examination, 2025. He said that their dedication, perseverance and hard work have enabled them to achieve this significant milestone.

The Prime Minister noted that clearing the Civil Services Examination marks the beginning of an important journey of public service. He wished the successful candidates the very best as they embark on the path of serving the nation and fulfilling the aspirations of the people.

The Prime Minister also conveyed his message to those who may not have secured the desired outcome in the examination. He acknowledged that such moments can be difficult, but emphasised that this is only one step in a larger journey.

Highlighting that many opportunities lie ahead, both in future examinations and in the many avenues through in which individuals can contribute to the nation, the Prime Minister extended his best wishes to them for the road ahead.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“Congratulations to all those who have successfully cleared the Civil Services Examination, 2025. Their dedication, perseverance and hard work have led to this significant milestone.

Wishing them the very best as they embark on a journey of serving the nation and fulfilling the aspirations of the people.”
