வளர்ச்சியடைந்த பாரதத்திற்கான லட்சியப் பயணத்தின் பயனாளிகளுடன் பிரதமர் கலந்துரையாடினார்

வளர்ச்சியடைந்த பாரத்திற்கான லட்சியப் பயணத்தின் பயனாளிகளுடன் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி இன்று (18.01.2024) காணொலிக் காட்சி மூலம் கலந்துரையாடினார். நாடு முழுவதிலும் இருந்து ஆயிரக்கணக்கான பயனாளிகள் இந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்றனர். மத்திய அமைச்சர்கள், நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள், சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பிரன்கள் மற்றும் உள்ளூர் அளவிலான பிரதிநிதிகளும் இதில் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

 

நிகழ்ச்சியில் பேசிய பிரதமர், வளர்ச்சியடைந்த பாரத்திற்கான லட்சியப் பயணத்தின் இரண்டு மாதங்கள் நிறைவடைந்துள்ளதைக் குறிப்பிட்டார். இந்த யாத்திரையின் வளர்ச்சி வாகனம் நம்பிக்கை வாகனமாக மாறியுள்ளது என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார். யாரும் பின்தங்கிய நிலையில் இருக்க மாட்டார்கள் என்ற நம்பிக்கை உருவாகியுள்ளது என்று அவர் கூறினார். பயனாளிகளிடையே நிலவும் பெரும் உற்சாகம் காரணமாக, இந்த யாத்திரைத் திட்டத்தை ஜனவரி 26-க்கு பிறகும் பிப்ரவரி வரை நீட்டிக்குமாறு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அதிகாரிகளுக்கு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளதாக பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார்.

 

நவம்பர் மாதம் 15-ம் தேதியன்று பகவான் பிர்ஸா முண்டாவின் ஆசியுடன் தொடங்கிய இந்தப் பயணம், ஒரு மக்கள் இயக்கமாக மாறியிருக்கிறது என்று அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார். இதுவரை 15 கோடி மக்கள் இந்தப் பயணத்தில் தங்களை இணைத்துக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள் என்றும், சுமார் 80 சதவீத ஊராட்சிகளைச் சென்றடைந்துள்ளது என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார். வளர்ச்சியடைந்த பாரத்திற்கான லட்சியப் பயணத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கம், மக்களைச் சென்றடைவதுதான் என்று அவர் கூறினார்.  இதுவரை அரசின் திட்டங்கள் கிடைக்காமல் தவித்து வந்த, அனைவராலும் புறக்கணிக்கப்பட்ட மக்களை மோடி வணங்கி மதிப்பதாகப் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி கூறினார்.

வளர்ச்சியடைந்த பாரத்திற்கான லட்சியப் பயணம்  கடைசி நிலை வரை அரசு திட்டங்கள் சென்றடைவதற்கான சிறந்த சாதனம் என்று கூறிய பிரதமர், இந்தப் பயணத்தின் போது 4 கோடிக்கும் அதிகமான உடல் நல பரிசோதனைகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், 2.5 கோடி காசநோய் பரிசோதனை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், 50 லட்சம் அரிவாள் செல் ரத்தசோகை பரிசோதனைகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார். 50லட்சம் ஆயுஷ்மான் அட்டைகள், 25 லட்சம் புதிய கிசான் கடன் அட்டைகள், 25 லட்சம் இலவச எரிவாயு இணைப்புகள் ஆகியவை இந்தப் பயணத்தின் போது வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், 10 லட்சம் புதிய ஸ்வநிதி விண்ணப்பங்கள் இந்த யாத்திரையின் போது பெறப்பட்டுள்ளன என்றும் அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார். இவை வெறும் புள்ளி விவரங்கள் அல்ல என்றும், ஒவ்வொரு எண்ணும் ஒரு வாழ்க்கை என்றும் பிரதமர் கூறினார்.

 

பலபரிமாண வறுமை குறித்த புதிய அறிக்கை குறித்தும் பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். கடந்த 9 ஆண்டுகளில் அரசின் முயற்சிகள் காரணமாக, 25கோடி மக்கள் வறுமையில் இருந்து வெளியேறியுள்ளனர் என்று பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி கூறினார்.  கடந்த 10 ஆண்டுகளில், இந்த அரசு ஒரு வெளிப்படையான அமைப்பை உருவாக்கி, உண்மையான முயற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டுள்ளதுடன், பொதுமக்கள் பங்களிப்பை ஊக்குவித்துள்ளது என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார். இது சாத்தியமற்றதைக் கூட சாத்தியமாக்கியுள்ளது என்று அவர் மேலும் கூறினார். பிரதமரின் வீட்டுவசதித் திட்டத்தை உதாரணம் காட்டி அவர் இதை விளக்கினார். இந்தத் திட்டத்தில் 4 கோடிக்கும் அதிகமான ஏழை குடும்பங்களுக்கு ஒரு பாதுகாப்பான வீடு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்றும், 70சதவீத வீடுகள் பெண்களின் பெயரில் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன என்றும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார். இது வறுமையை நீக்கியதோடு மட்டுமல்லாமல், பெண்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளித்துள்ளது என்று அவர் கூறினார். நாட்டில் வறுமையை குறைப்பதில் இதுபோன்ற முயற்சிகள் பெரும் பங்காற்றியுள்ளன என்று அவர் மேலும் கூறினார்.

திருநங்கைகளுக்கான அரசின் திட்டங்களை எடுத்துரைத்தப் பிரதமர், வாய்ப்பு மறுக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கும் அரசின் அணுகுமுறையைக் குறிப்பிட்டார். திருநங்கைகள் மீது முதன்முறையாக அக்கறை கொண்டு, அவர்களின் வாழ்க்கையை எளிதாக்குவதற்கு முன்னுரிமை அளித்தது இந்த அரசு என்று பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார்.

2019-ம் ஆண்டில், இந்த அரசு, திருநங்கைகளின் உரிமைகளைப் பாதுகாக்கும் சட்டத்தை இயற்றியதை அவர் சுட்டிக்காட்டினார். இது திருநங்கைகள், சமூகத்தில் மரியாதைக்குரிய இடத்தைப் பெற உதவியது மட்டுமல்லாமல், அவர்களுக்கு எதிரான பாகுபாட்டை முடிவுக்குக் கொண்டு வர பங்களிக்கிறது என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

 

இந்தியா வேகமாக மாறி வருகிறது என்றும், மக்களின் நம்பிக்கை, அரசின் மீதான நம்பிக்கை மற்றும் புதிய இந்தியாவை உருவாக்குவதற்கான அவர்களின் உறுதிப்பாடு ஆகியவை எல்லா இடங்களிலும் காணப்படுகிறது எனவும் பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார். சுய உதவிக்குழு இயக்கத்திற்கு அதிகாரம் அளிப்பதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் பற்றி பேசிய பிரதமர், இந்தக் குழுக்களை வங்கி  சேவைகளுடன் இணைப்பதற்கான முயற்சிகளை எடுத்துரைத்தார். பிணையமில்லா கடன் உச்சவரம்பை 10 லட்சத்திலிருந்து 20 லட்சம் ரூபாயாக உயர்த்தியது குறித்தும், இதன் விளைவாக 10 கோடி புதிய பெண்கள் சுய உதவிக் குழுக்களில் இணைந்தது குறித்தும் எடுத்துரைத்தார். புதிய தொழில்கள் தொடங்க 8 லட்சம் கோடி ரூபாய்க்கு மேல் உதவித் தொகையை நாடு முழுவதும் சுய உதவிக் குழுவினர் பெற்றுள்ளனர் என்று அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார். மகளிருக்கான ட்ரோன் திட்டங்கள் பெண்களுக்கு பெரிதும் பயனளிப்பதாக அவர் மகிழ்ச்சி தெரிவித்தார்.

கிராமப்புற பொருளாதாரத்தை நவீனமயமாக்கி விவசாயிகளுக்கு அதிகாரமளிக்க அரசு முன்னுரிமை அளித்து வருகிறது என்று அவர் கூறினார். சிறுவிவசாயிகளை வலுப்படுத்துவதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளையும் அவர் பட்டியலிட்டார்.

இந்தியாவில் இளைஞர்கள் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகம் உள்ளதைக் குறிப்பிட்ட பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி, மை பாரத் இணைய தளத்தில் இளைஞர்கள் தன்னார்வலர்களாக பதிவு செய்து கொள்வது குறித்து மகிழ்ச்சி தெரிவித்தார். 2047-ம் ஆண்டுக்குள் வளர்ச்சியடைந்த பாரதம் என்ற தேசிய லட்சியத்தை அடைய அனைவரும் பாடுபட வேண்டும் என்று கூறி பிரதமர் தமது உரையை நிறைவு செய்தார். 

பின்னணி

2023 நவம்பர் 15 அன்று  வளர்ச்சியடைந்த பாரதத்திற்கான லட்சியப் பயணம் தொடங்கப்பட்டதிலிருந்து, நாடு முழுவதும் இந்த பயணத்தின் பயனாளிகளுடன் பிரதமர் தொடர்ந்து கலந்துரையாடி வருகிறார்.  இந்த கலந்துரையாடல் ஐந்து முறை வீடியோ கான்பரன்சிங் மூலம் நடந்துள்ளது. நவம்பர் 30, டிசம்பர் 9, டிசம்பர் 16, டிசம்பர் 27 மற்றும் ஜனவரி 8, 2024 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் பிரதமர் பயனாளிகளுடன் கலந்துரையாடியுள்ளார். பிரதமர் கடந்த மாதம் வாரணாசிக்கு பயணம் மேற்கொண்டபோது, பயனாளிகளுடன் தொடர்ந்து இரண்டு நாட்கள் (டிசம்பர் 17 முதல் 18 வரை) நேரடியாக கலந்துரையாடினார்.

 

அரசின் முதன்மைத் திட்டங்களின் பயன்கள் குறிப்பிட்ட காலக்கெடுவுக்குள் அனைத்து பயனாளிகளையும் சென்றடைவதை உறுதி செய்வதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டு நாடு முழுவதும் வளர்ச்சியடைந்த பாரதத்திற்கான லட்சியப் பயணம் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

வளர்ச்சியடைந்த பாரத்திற்கான லட்சியப் பயணத்தில் பங்கேற்றவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 15 கோடியைத் தாண்டியுள்ளது. வளர்ச்சியடைந்த பாரதம் என்ற தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையை நோக்கி நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள மக்களை ஒன்றிணைக்கும் களத்தில் சிறந்த தாக்கத்தை இந்தப் பயணம் உருவாக்குகிறது.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi chaired the 53rd meeting of PRAGATI, the ICT-enabled, multi-modal platform for Pro-Active Governance and Timely Implementation, at Seva Teerth earlier today.

During the meeting, Prime Minister reviewed six key infrastructure projects across the Railway, Road and Power sectors, spanning nine States with a cumulative cost of more than ₹30,000 crore. The projects, significant for strengthening connectivity, supporting industrial and economic activity and improving public services, were reviewed with particular emphasis on adherence to timelines, inter-agency coordination, resolution of pending issues and expeditious completion.

Prime Minister emphasised that delays in infrastructure projects have consequences beyond cost escalation, as they also postpone the benefits intended for citizens, businesses and the economy. He said that infrastructure projects should be viewed and monitored as an integrated whole, rather than as isolated sections, stretches or packages. He noted that progress in individual packages should ultimately translate into timely completion and operationalisation of the entire project. Ministries and States were therefore asked to adopt an end-to-end approach, and address critical gaps that could delay the overall commissioning and delivery of benefits. He called for fostering a proactive work culture across Ministries and State Governments, with greater ownership at every level of project implementation.

Prime Minister stressed the need to explore common utility corridors for infrastructure services, wherever feasible, particularly while planning major transport and infrastructure projects. He called upon Ministries and States to examine such integrated approaches at the planning stage itself, keeping in view their technical and economic feasibility.

Prime Minister said that speed of execution must be accompanied by uncompromising quality. He called upon Ministries, States and implementing agencies to adopt modern technologies and strengthen quality assurance and supervision at every stage.

While reviewing AgriStack under the Digital Agriculture Mission, Prime Minister emphasised the need to leverage the latest digital technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to derive greater value from agricultural data. He stressed that the data ecosystem should be effectively utilised across the agricultural value chain, from input planning to processing, enabling more informed interventions, better targeting and data-driven decision-making. He appreciated the efforts of the States and the Central Government in building the AgriStack ecosystem and called for further strengthening its use for delivering better outcomes for farmers.

During the review of cyber fraud cases, including incidents of digital arrest, Prime Minister said that prevention must be strengthened through a sustained focus on training, awareness and education. He stressed the need for continuous and targeted public-awareness campaigns, particularly for senior citizens, youth and other vulnerable sections, to familiarise them with common fraud techniques, warning signs and safe digital practices. He also called for regular capacity-building of personnel involved so that emerging modes of cyber fraud are identified and acted upon swiftly.
