புது தில்லியில் உள்ள ஹோட்டல் தாஜ் பேலஸில்  நடைபெற்ற இந்தியா டுடே மாநாட்டில் பிரதமர் திரு.நரேந்திர மோடி உரையாற்றினார்.

இந்த மாநாட்டில் உரையாற்றிய பிரதமர், மாநாட்டிற்குத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட கருப்பொருளான 'இந்தியாவின் தருணம்' குறித்து மகிழ்ச்சி தெரிவித்ததோடு, உலகின் சிறந்த பொருளாதார வல்லுநர்கள், ஆய்வாளர்கள் மற்றும் சிந்தனையாளர்கள் இது உண்மையிலேயே இந்தியாவின் தருணம் என்ற குரலை எதிரொலிப்பதாகக் குறிப்பிட்டார். அதே நம்பிக்கையை இந்தியா டுடே குழுமம் பிரதிபலிப்பது இந்தக் குரலை மேலும் சிறப்பானதாக்குகிறது என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.

எந்தவொரு நாட்டின் வளர்ச்சிப் பயணத்திலும் வரும் பல்வேறு சவால்கள் குறித்து எடுத்துரைத்த பிரதமர், 21-ம் நூற்றாண்டின் இந்தப் பத்தாண்டு காலம் இந்தியாவிற்கு சிறப்பு முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்தது எனக் குறிப்பிட்டார். "ஒரு புதிய வரலாறு எழுதப்பட்டு வருகிறது, அதை நாம் அனைவரும் ஒன்றாகக் காண்கிறோம்" என்று பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். இந்தியா மீது உலக நாடுகள் நம்பிக்கை கொண்டு வருவதாகவும் பிரதமர் கூறினார். உலக அளவில் இந்தியாவின் சாதனைகளைப் பட்டியலிட்ட பிரதமர், இந்தியா உலகின் மிக வேகமாக வளரும் பொருளாதாரம் என்றும், ஸ்மார்ட்போன் டேட்டா நுகர்வில் உலகில் முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளது என்றும், உலகின் இரண்டாவது பெரிய மொபைல் உற்பத்தியாளர் என்றும் பிரதமர் கூறினார்.

2023-ம் ஆண்டின் முதல் 75 நாட்களில் தேசத்தின் சாதனைகளை பட்டியலிட்ட பிரதமர், "இவை அனைத்தும் இந்திய தருணத்தின் பிரதிபலிப்பு" என்றும் குறிப்பிட்டார். இன்று, ஒருபுறம், சாலைகள், ரயில்வே, துறைமுகங்கள் மற்றும் விமான நிலையங்கள் போன்ற உட்கட்டமைப்பை இந்தியா மேம்படுத்தி வருவதோடு, மறுபுறம், இந்திய கலாச்சாரத்திற்கும் முக்கியத்துவம் அளிப்பதாக பிரதமர் சுட்டிக் காட்டினார். இந்திய தருணத்தின் மிகவும் சிறப்பு வாய்ந்த விசயம் என்னவென்றால், சொல்லும் செயலும் ஒன்றாக உள்ளதென பிரதமர் கூறினார்.

முன்பு குண்டுவெடிப்புகள், நக்சலைட் தாக்குதல்கள் குறித்து தலைப்புச் செய்திகள் இருந்ததை நினைவு கூர்ந்த பிரதமர்,  இன்று நாட்டின் அமைதி மற்றும் செழிப்பு குறித்த தகவல்களே உள்ளதாகக் கூறினார். முன்பு சுற்றுச்சூழலின் பெயரால் பெரிய உட்கட்டமைப்பு திட்டங்கள் நிறுத்தப்பட்டதாக செய்திகள் வந்ததையும், இன்று புதிய மற்றும் அதிவேக நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் அமைக்கப்படுவதுடன், சுற்றுச்சூழலுக்கு சாதகமான செய்திகள் வருவதையும் பிரதமர் நினைவு கூர்ந்தார்.

நாடு தன்னம்பிக்கையும் உறுதியும் நிறைந்திருக்கும் போது இந்தியாவை அவமானப்படுத்துவது, இந்தியாவின் மன உறுதியை உடைப்பது போன்ற அவநம்பிக்கையான பேச்சுக்கள் நடப்பதாகவும், வெளிநாடுகளும் இந்தியா மீது நம்பிக்கை கொண்டிருப்பதாகவும் பிரதமர் சுட்டிக்காட்டினார்.

அடிமைத்தளையின் காரணமாக இந்தியா நீண்ட கால வறுமையைக் கண்டுள்ளது என்பதை எடுத்துரைத்த பிரதமர், இந்தியாவின் ஏழைகள் கூடிய விரைவில் வறுமையிலிருந்து மீள விரும்புவதாகக் கூறினார். கடந்த 9 ஆண்டுகளில் 3 கோடிக்கும் அதிகமான வீடுகள் கட்டி ஏழைகளுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார். இந்த வீடுகளில் பெண்களுக்கும் உரிமை உண்டு என்பதை எடுத்துரைத்த பிரதமர், ஏழைப் பெண்கள் அதிகாரம் பெற்றவர்களாக உணரும் தருணம் இந்தியாவுக்கு வரப்போகிறது என்றும் கூறினார்.

இந்தியாவில் பல அமைதிப் புரட்சிகள் நடைபெற்று வருவதாகவும், இவை இந்தியாவின் தருணத்தின் அடிப்படையாக மாறி வருவதாகப் பிரதமர் கூறினார். இந்தியாவின் 11 கோடி சிறு விவசாயிகள் பயன்பெறும் வகையில் பிரதமர் கிசான் சம்மன் நிதியில் இருந்து சுமார் இரண்டரை லட்சம் கோடி ரூபாய் விவசாயிகளின் வங்கிக் கணக்குகளுக்கு நேரடியாக அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.

நாடு முன்னேற வேண்டுமானால், புதியதை ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளும் திறனும், பரிசோதனை மனப்பான்மையும் இருக்க வேண்டும் எனவும், நாட்டு மக்களின் திறன்கள் மற்றும் திறமைகள் மீது நம்பிக்கை இருக்க வேண்டும் எனவும், எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் மேலாக, ஆசீர்வாதங்கள் இருக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் பிரதமர் கூறினார். உக்ரைன் நெருக்கடியின் போது அரசு பணியாற்றிய விதத்தை எடுத்துக்காட்டிய பிரதமர், சுமார் 14 ஆயிரம் குடும்பங்களுடன் அரசு இணைந்திருந்ததாகக் குறிப்பிட்டார். இந்த மனித நேயம் ஆட்சியில் இல்லாமல் இருந்திருந்தால், கொரோனாவுக்கு எதிராக இவ்வளவு பெரிய போரில் தேசம் வெற்றி பெற்றிருக்காது என்றும் அவர் சுட்டுக் காட்டினார்.

இந்திய ஊடகங்களின் பங்கை சர்வதேச அளவில் விரிவுபடுத்த வேண்டியதன் அவசியத்தை வலியுறுத்தி, "இந்தியாவின் தருணத்தை 'அனைவரின் முயற்சி' மூலம் வலுப்படுத்த வேண்டும் எனக் கூறி பிரதமர் தனது உரையை நிறைவு செய்தார்.

Prime Minister hold talks with Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today held productive talks with the President of Myanmar, U Min Aung Hlaing.

The Prime Minister noted that India is honoured that President U Min Aung Hlaing chose India for his first foreign visit as President. He also expressed happiness that the President began his programme in India from Bodh Gaya with the blessings of Lord Buddha.

During the talks, the two leaders reviewed the full range of India-Myanmar relations and discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral cooperation.

The discussions covered avenues to deepen cooperation in trade, rare earths, healthcare, connectivity, heritage restoration and capacity building. The two sides also agreed to work closely in areas such as maritime security, cyber security and other sectors of mutual interest.

The Prime Minister underlined that Myanmar is vital to India’s ‘Neighbourhood First’, ‘Act East’ and Indo-Pacific policies, reaffirming the importance India attaches to its relations with Myanmar.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“Had a productive meeting with President U Min Aung Hlaing of Myanmar. We in India are honoured that he has chosen India for his first foreign visit as President. Equally gladdening is the fact that he began the visit from Bodh Gaya, with the blessings of Lord Buddha. We reviewed the full range of India-Myanmar relations. Myanmar is vital to India’s policies of ‘Neighbourhood First’, ‘Act East’ and Indo-Pacific.”
