மக்களவையில், குடியரசுத் தலைவரின் உரைக்கு நன்றி தெரிவிக்கும் தீர்மானத்திற்கு பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி இன்று பதிலளித்தார். விவாதத்தில் கலந்து கொண்ட அவை உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு, குறிப்பாக முதல் முறை நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினராகியுள்ளவர்களுக்கு, பிரதமர் நன்றி தெரிவித்தார். அவர், இலட்சக்கணக்கான இந்தியர்கள் கனவு கண்டவாறு புதிய இந்தியாவுக்கான தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வையை குடியரசுத் தலைவரின் உரை அளித்திருக்கிறது என்றார்.
2019 மக்களவைத் தேர்தலில் பெற்ற அறுதி பெரும்பான்மையை பற்றி குறிப்பிட்ட பிரதமர், அரசின் செயல் திறனை மதிப்பீடு செய்த பின், மக்கள் மீண்டும் ஒருமுறை நிலையான அரசை தேர்ந்தெடுத்திருப்பதாகக் கூறினார்.
நாட்டின் நலனைப் பற்றி இந்திய மக்கள் சிந்திக்கிறார்கள் என்பதை 2019 மக்களவைத் தேர்தல் முடிவுகள் காட்டுகின்றன என்று பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார். 130 கோடி இந்தியர்களுக்காகப் பணியாற்றும் வாய்ப்பும், குடிமக்களின் வாழ்க்கையில் ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான மாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்த உழைப்பதும் தமக்கு மனநிறைவை அளிப்பதாக அவர் குறிப்பிட்டார்.
மத்திய அரசின் தொலைநோக்குப் பார்வை பற்றி எடுத்துரைத்த பிரதமர், அரசு, பொதுமக்கள் நலனிலும், நவீன உள்கட்டமைப்பிலும் நம்பிக்கை கொண்டிருப்பதாகக் கூறினார். வளர்ச்சிப் பாதையிலிருந்து அரசு ஒருபோதும் விலகியதில்லை என்றும், வளர்ச்சிக்கான செயல் திட்டத்தை நீர்த்துப் போகவும் செய்ததில்லை என்றும் அவர் தெரிவித்தார். நாடு முன்னேற்றமடையும் போது, ஒவ்வொரு இந்தியரும் அதிகாரத்தைப் பெறுவார்கள், நமது தேசம் நவீன உள்கட்டமைப்பைப் பெறும் என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.
இந்தியாவின் முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு ஒவ்வொரு குடிமகனும் பங்களித்திருப்பதாக தமது அரசு நம்புகிறது என்று பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். அவசர நிலை பிரகடனத்திற்குப் பிறகு, அவை எதிர்கொண்ட கருப்பு நாட்களையும் அவர் நினைவு கூர்ந்தார்.
மகாத்மா காந்தியின் 150-வது பிறந்த தின விழாவும், இந்தியா சுதந்திரமடைந்த 75-வது ஆண்டு விழாவும் இந்திய வரலாற்றின் மைல்கல் நிகழ்வுகள் என்ற அவர், இவற்றை ஒவ்வொருவரும் மிகுந்த உற்சாகத்துடன் கொண்டாட வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டுக் கொண்டார். குடிமக்கள், நமது சுதந்திரப் போராட்ட வீரர்கள் கனவு கண்ட இந்தியாவைக் கட்டமைக்க பாடுபட வேண்டுமென்றும், அந்த தேசத்திற்காக வாழ வேண்டும் என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.
மத்திய அரசு பொறுப்பேற்றுக் கொண்ட சில வாரங்களுக்குள் மக்கள் நலன் சார்ந்த பல முடிவுகளை எடுத்திருக்கிறது என்றும், இவை விவசாயிகள், வர்த்தகர்கள், இளைஞர்கள் மற்றும் சமுதாயத்தின் பல்வேறு தரப்பினருக்கும் பெருமளவில் பயன்படும் என்றும் பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார். இந்த நாட்டிற்கு அளித்த வாக்குறுதிகளை நிறைவேற்றும் பணியை, அரசு துவக்கியிருக்கிறது என்று அவர் மேலும் தெரிவித்தார்.
நீர் சேமிப்பின் முக்கியத்துவத்தை எடுத்துரைத்த திரு. மோடி, இதற்காக மத்திய அரசு மேற்கொண்ட பல நடவடிக்கைகளை, நீர்வள அமைச்சகத்தை உருவாக்கியது உள்ளிட்டவற்றை குறித்து விவரித்தார். நீரை சேமிக்க பயனுள்ள நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ளுமாறு மக்களை அவர் கேட்டுக் கொண்டார். நீர் பிரச்சனையானது ஏழை மக்களையும், பெண்களையும் பெரிதும் பாதிப்பதாகத் தெரிவித்த பிரதமர், ஒவ்வொரு வீட்டிற்கும் நீர் வசதி ஏற்படுத்தித் தர தனது அரசு உறுதியுடன் இருப்பதாகக் கூறினார்.
இந்தியாவை 5 டிரில்லியன் டாலர் பொருளாதாரமாக உருவாக்க இணைந்து பணியாற்றுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொண்ட பிரதமர், பொருளாதார வளத்திற்கு சுற்றுலாவையும், சுற்றுலா உள்கட்டமைப்பையும் மேம்படுத்துவது பெருமளவில் பயன்படும் என்றார். இந்தியாவில் உற்பத்தி செய்வோம் திட்டம் மற்றும் திறன் மேம்பாட்டின் முக்கியத்துவத்தையும் பிரதமர் கோடிட்டுக் காட்டினார்.
இந்த நாட்டில் ஊழலுக்கு இடமில்லை என்று திரு.மோடி உறுதிபடத் தெரிவித்தார். ஊழலுக்கு எதிராக இந்த அரசு தொடர்ந்து போரிடும் என்று குறிப்பிட்ட அவர், அனைத்து குடிமக்களுக்கும் எளிதான வாழ்க்கையை உறுதிப்படுத்துவதிலும் அரசு முனைப்புடன் இருக்கிறது என்றார். புதிய இந்தியாவை உருவாக்க ஒவ்வொருவரும் பாடுபட வேண்டும் என்றும் பிரதமர் கேட்டுக் கொண்டார்.
