நாடெங்கும் உள்ள உஜ்வாலா பயனாளிகளுடன் பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி இன்று (28.05.2018) காணொளி மூலமாகக் கலந்துரையாடினார்.
இந்தக் கலந்துரையாடலில் நாடு முழுவதிலுமுள்ள 600 -க்கும் மேற்பட்ட மையங்களில் மூன்று உஜ்வாலா பயனாளிகள் வீதம் கலந்துகொண்டனர்.
இந்தக் கலந்துரையாடலை நரேந்திர மோடி செயலி, பல்வேறு தொலைக்காட்சி செய்தி அலைவரிகள், சமூக வலைத்தளங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு தளங்கள் வாயிலாக 10 லட்சம் பேர் கண்டுள்ளனர் என மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் பயனாக, பயனாளிகளுடன் உரையாடவும் அவர்களின் அனுபவங்களைப் பகிர்ந்துகொள்ளவும் முடிந்ததற்காகப் மகிழ்ச்சி தெரிவித்த பிரதமர், உஜ்வாலா திட்டம். முன்னேற்றத்தின் ஓர் அடையாளமாகத் திகழ்கிறது என்றார். இந்தத் திட்டம் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க சமூக மாற்றத்தைத் தூண்டுகிறது என்றும் விளைவாக, அது நாட்டின் ஒட்டுமொத்த வளர்ச்சியை ஊக்குவிக்கிறது என்றும் அவர் கூறினார்.
இதுவரையிலும் உஜ்வாலா திட்டத்தின் மூலம் கிராமப்புறங்களில் ஏறத்தாழ 4 கோடி மகளிர், சமையல் எரிவாயு இணைப்பைப் பெற்றுள்ளனர். 1955 முதல் 2014 வரையிலான சுமார் 60 ஆண்டுகளில் 13 கோடி பேர் எல்.பி.ஜி. இணைப்பு பெற்றிருந்ததோடு ஒப்பிடுகையில், 2014 முதல் 4 ஆண்டுகளில் ஏறக்குறைய 10 கோடி புதிய சமையல் எரிவாயு இணைப்புகள் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
கலந்துரையாடலின் தொடக்கத்தில், இல்லத்தரசிகளின் வாழ்க்கையை எளிதாக்குவதன் முக்கியத்துவத்தை உணர்த்தும்வகையில் முன்ஷி பிரேம் சந்த் 1933 –ல் எழுதிய ஒரு கதையைப் பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். சிறந்த ஆரோக்கியப் பலன், நச்சுப் புகையிலிருந்து விடுதலை, தூய எரிபொருள் ஆகிய பலன்களை உஜ்வாலா அளித்துள்ளது என்றார் அவர். சமையல் செய்யும் நேரம் மிச்சமாவதால், உபரி வருமானத்தை ஈட்டும் ஒரு மாபெரும் வாய்ப்பு பெண்களுக்கு இப்போது கிடைத்துள்ளது என்றும் பிரதமர் கூறினார்.
இந்தத் திட்டத்தில் இடைத்தரகர்கள் இருக்கக் கூடாது என்பதில் மத்திய அரசு மிகுந்த கவனத்தைச் செலுத்திவருகிறது என்றும் பயனாளிகள் வெளிப்படையிலான முறையிலேயே தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுகிறார்கள் என்றும் பிரதமர் கூறினார்.
இந்தியாவில் 81 % கிராமங்கள் 75 % எல்பிஜி இணைப்புள்ள நிலையில், 69 சதவிகிதக் கிராமங்கள் இப்போது 100 சதவிகித எரிவாயு இணைப்பைப் பெற்றுள்ளன என்று பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார்.
பிரதமருடன் கலந்துரையாடும்போது, எவ்வாறு சமையல் எரிவாயு இணைப்பானது சமையல் செய்வதில் செலவிடும் தங்கள் நேரத்தைக் குறைத்துள்ளது என்றும் தங்கள் ஒட்டுமொத்தக் குடும்பத்தினரின் வாழ்க்கைத் தரத்தை உயர்த்தியுள்ளது என்றும் பயனாளிகள் தெரிவித்தனர்.
