Amidst the ongoing election campaigning in Jharkhand, PM Modi’s rally spree continued as he addressed an election rally in Dhanbad today. The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude towards the people for their support and said the double-engine growth of Jharkhand became possible because the party was in power both at the Centre and in the state.

Highlighting the commitments fulfilled by his government, the PM said, "People across the country have faith on Bharatiya Janata Party as BJP delivers on its promises. In just 6 months, BJP has shown that no matter how big the resolutions are, no matter how big difficulties are, we worked day and night to complete them.”

Talking about abrogating Article 370, PM Modi said that people of the country elected Modi to take hard decisions. We only thought about the country and that is why article 370, which had been in existence for decades, was revoked. He said that today Article 370 had been removed from Jammu and Kashmir and the Constitution of India was enforced there.

Referring to the Ayodhya verdict, PM Modi asserted, “We had promised that we will peacefully solve the long standing Ayodhya issue, which the Congress was deliberately blocking. Now as you can see, the path for construction of a grand Ram Temple is open.”

Training his guns at the Opposition, he said, “All the work that has been done in the last 6 months, many of them were hanging for decades. And the credit for hanging them goes to the Congress and its allies, who ruled the country for the longest time.”

Hitting out at the opposition parties for opposing the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, PM Modi remarked that the millions of refugees came to India from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. They have been living in India for decades. They were only used for vote bank politics by the opposition parties.

PM Modi further alleged, “Congress in the past had promised relief to persecuted minority refugees but never did anything for them. The condition in which they were living in Pakistan, similar treatment was given by Congress governments to them. There are attempts to fuel tensions in the Northeast region. Most of the region is out of the ambit of this bill but politics of Congress and its allies depends on illegal immigrants.”

Addressing the huge rally, PM Modi made an appeal to the brothers and sisters of North East, especially Assam to not to get deceived by the opposition’s agenda. He urged, “I assure every state of the East and Northeast. The traditions, culture, language etc of Assam and other states will not be affected at all. Central Govt will work with state Govts for your development. Don't be misled by Congress's statements.”

Prime Minister Modi also talked about the several central schemes and projects which are benefiting the people of Jharkhand at large. He spoke about bringing IIT and AIIMS to the state which was pending for long, finally the BJP government has fulfilled the demand.

Calling for high voter turn out, PM Modi urged citizens of Jharkhand to come out and vote in large numbers.

Congress-JMM wants to divide them, pitting castes against each other. This will weaken the collective strength of OBCs: PM Modi in Bokaro

Jharkhand’s campaign heats up as PM Modi’s back-to-back rallies boost enthusiasm across the state. Ahead of the first phase of Jharkhand’s assembly elections, PM Modi today addressed a mega rally in Bokaro. He said that there is only one echo among the people of the state that: ‘Roti, Beti, Maati ki pukar, Jharkhand mein BJP-NDA Sarkar,’ and people want BJP-led NDA to come to power in the assembly polls.”

Talking about BJP-NDA's mantra, the PM asserted, "We created Jharkhand, and we’ll shape its future. Those who opposed its creation will never drive its progress. Here’s a clear comparison: From 2004 to 2014, Congress barely allocated ₹80,000 crore to Jharkhand. But in the last 10 years, under Modi's government, BJP-NDA has sent over ₹3 lakh crore." He added, “That’s nearly four times more, because we’re committed to the Jharkhand we built.”

Emphasizing job opportunities for youth, PM Modi said, "The BJP-NDA is boosting new industries and reopening closed factories in Jharkhand, like the Sindri fertilizer plant, which we revived to create thousands of jobs. When BJP forms the government here, it will secure even more jobs for young people. Just ask those working in Haryana, they will tell you that under BJP, thousands got government jobs without bribes or favoritism. We will do the same in Jharkhand. We also aim to crack down on the paper-leak and recruitment mafias fostered by the JMM-Congress and bring them to justice."

Focussing on Nari Shakti, PM Modi remarked, "Ensuring a better life for Jharkhand’s sisters and daughters is my foremost priority. Our government has provided toilets, bank accounts, and financial assistance during pregnancy. Now, the Jharkhand BJP has introduced the Gogo-Didi scheme, which will directly transfer financial aid to women’s bank accounts. We are also working to bring affordable piped gas to households, and once the BJP-NDA government is in power here, we will extend this benefit to even more homes."

Highlighting a new slogan, 'Ek Hain Toh Safe Hain', the PM said, "For Jharkhand's development, collective effort is crucial. Stay alert to the Congress-JMM’s conspiracy. Congress has always opposed the unity of SC, ST, and OBC communities. In 1990, OBC reservations united these communities, and since then, Congress hasn't been able to secure 250 seats in Lok Sabha. That's why they want to divide OBCs into smaller castes. Here in Bokaro-Dhanbad and Chotanagpur, over 150 OBC castes, including Yadavs, Kurmis, Telis, Koiri-Kushwahas, Noniya, Bind, Sonar, and many more, form a powerful force for progress.”

He added, “Congress-JMM wants to divide them, pitting castes against each other. This will weaken the collective strength of OBCs. Do you want the OBC community to break into pieces? That would only weaken your voice. Remember - Ek Hain Toh Safe Hain."
PM Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress in poll-bound Jharkhand for supporting a resolution in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly calling for the restoration of Article 370, stating that it reflects the party’s disregard for the Constitution and its architect, BR Ambedkar. He added, “Congress wants to push Jammu and Kashmir back into violence by restoring Article 370. Article 370 will never be restored.'"

Urging the people of Jharkhand to vote for NDA candidates, PM Modi stated, "With your support, the BJP will put an end to the infiltration happening in Jharkhand. For the safety of your daughters and the security of your land, a BJP-NDA government here is essential. Together, we must ensure prosperity reaches every family in Jharkhand."
