Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi remembered Jayalalithaa Ji on her birth anniversary today. He hailed her as a compassionate leader and outstanding administrator who devoted her life for Tamil Nadu’s development.

In separate posts on X, he wrote:

“Remembering Jayalalithaa Ji on her birth anniversary. She is widely admired as a compassionate leader and outstanding administrator who devoted her life for Tamil Nadu’s development. It is my privilege that I had the opportunity to interact with her on innumerable occasions. She was always very warm and supportive of pro-people initiatives.”

“ஜெயலலிதா அவர்களின் பிறந்தநாளில் அவரை நினைவுகூர்கிறேன். தமிழ்நாட்டின் வளர்ச்சிக்காக தமது வாழ்க்கையை அர்ப்பணித்துக் கொண்ட அவர், கருணைமிக்க தலைவராகவும், திறமைமிக்க நிர்வாகியாகவும் நன்கு அறியப்பட்டவர். பல சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் அவருடன் உரையாடும் வாய்ப்பை நான் பெற்றிருந்தது எனது கௌரவமாகும். அவர் எப்போதும் அன்பாகவும் மக்கள் நலன் சார்ந்த முன்முயற்சிகளுக்கு ஆதரவாகவும் இருந்தவர்.”

Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting the values of determination, composure and confidence

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, said that by winning the T20 Cricket World Cup, Team India has demonstrated that the combination of determination, composure and self-confidence is the key to success in life. He noted that this victory also shows that with hard work in the right direction, every goal can be achieved.

The Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-

“अभीप्सां स्वात्मनो रक्षाऽविरतं सुस्थिरं तया। यत्नमातिष्ठ धैर्येण ततः सिद्धिर्भवेद् ध्रुवम्।।”

The Subhashitam conveys that Anyone who seeks progress in life must strive with persistence and determination. Persistent hard work, combined with patience, will surely pave the way to success.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“T20 क्रिकेट वर्ल्ड कप जीतकर टीम इंडिया ने साबित कर दिया है कि दृढ़ संकल्प, संयम और आत्मविश्वास का संगम ही जीवन में सफलता का मूलमंत्र है। यह जीत हमें यह भी बताती है कि सही दिशा में कठिन परिश्रम से हर लक्ष्य को हासिल किया जा सकता है।
