Prime Minister expresses gratitude to Shri Om Birla for birthday wishes

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi expressed his gratitude to the Speaker of Lok Sabha, Shri Om Birla for greetings on his 75th birthday. "It is your affection that continues to inspire me to remain engaged in the service of the country", Shri Modi stated.

In a post on X today, the Prime Minister said:

“शुभकामनाओं के लिए आपका बहुत-बहुत आभार @ombirlakota जी। देशवासियों के कल्याण और राष्ट्र के समग्र विकास के लिए हमारी सरकार अपने प्रयासों में कोई कोर-कसर नहीं छोड़ने वाली है। यह आप सबका स्नेह ही है, जो मुझे निरंतर देशसेवा में जुटे रहने के लिए प्रेरित करता रहता है।"

Prime Minister welcomes new Ramsar sites at Patna Bird Sanctuary and Chhari-Dhand

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has welcomed addition of the Patna Bird Sanctuary in Etah (Uttar Pradesh) and Chhari-Dhand in Kutch (Gujarat) as Ramsar sites. Congratulating the local population and all those passionate about wetland conservation, Shri Modi stated that these recognitions reaffirm our commitment to preserving biodiversity and protecting vital ecosystems.

Responding to a post by Union Minister, Shri Bhupender Yadav, Prime Minister posted on X:

"Delighted that the Patna Bird Sanctuary in Etah (Uttar Pradesh) and Chhari-Dhand in Kutch (Gujarat) are Ramsar sites. Congratulations to the local population there as well as all those passionate about wetland conservation. These recognitions reaffirm our commitment to preserving biodiversity and protecting vital ecosystems. May these wetlands continue to thrive as safe habitats for countless migratory and native species."
