Prime Minister congratulates Shri Hagrama Mohilary on being sworn in as Chief Executive Member of Bodoland Territorial Council

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today extended his heartfelt congratulations to Shri Hagrama Mohilary on being sworn in as the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC). Shri Modi reaffirmed the unwavering support of both the Central Government and the Assam Government to the BTC administration, emphasizing a shared commitment to the vision of the revered Bodofa Upendranath Brahma.

In a post on X, Shri Modi wrote:

“I congratulate Shri Hagrama Mohilary on being sworn in as Bodoland Territorial Council’s CEM. My best wishes to him and his team for their tenure. The Central Government and Assam Government will continue to support the BTC Government as we all collectively work to fulfil the great Bodofa Upendranath Brahma's vision and ensure all-round development.

Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam seeking blessings for well-being, wisdom and prosperity

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam invoking blessings for the well-being, auspiciousness, protection, peace, wisdom and prosperity of all. The Subhashitam seeks the blessings of Lord Indra, Lord Surya, Lord Garuda and Lord Brihaspati.

The Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-

“स्वस्ति न इन्द्रो वृद्धश्रवाः।

स्वस्ति नः पूषा विश्ववेदाः।

स्वस्ति नस्तार्क्ष्यो अरिष्टनेमिः।

स्वस्ति नो बृहस्पतिर्दधातु॥”

The Subhashitam conveys that May the glorious Lord Indra bless us with well-being. May Lord Surya, the knower of the entire universe and the sustainer of all, bring auspiciousness to us. May Lord Garuda, the destroyer of obstacles, protect us all. May Lord Brihaspati, the lord of knowledge, bless us with peace, wisdom and prosperity.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“स्वस्ति न इन्द्रो वृद्धश्रवाः।

स्वस्ति नः पूषा विश्ववेदाः।

स्वस्ति नस्तार्क्ष्यो अरिष्टनेमिः।

स्वस्ति नो बृहस्पतिर्दधातु॥”
