PM condoles demise of Pandit Jasraj

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has condoled the demise of Pandit Jasraj Ji. 

“The unfortunate demise of Pandit Jasraj Ji leaves a deep void in the Indian cultural sphere. Not only were his renditions outstanding, he also made a mark as an exceptional mentor to several other vocalists. Condolences to his family and admirers worldwide. Om Shanti”, the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-

“अल्पानामपि वस्तूनां संहतिः कार्यसाधिका।

तृणैर्गुणत्वमापन्नैर्बध्यन्ते मत्तदन्तिनः॥”

The Sanskrit Subhashitam conveys that even small things, when brought together in a well-planned manner, can accomplish great tasks, and that a rope made of hay sticks can even entangle powerful elephants.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;
