Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting the transformative power of education

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, said that education is not merely a means of livelihood but a powerful medium to make life better. He noted that it is a priceless asset through which the youth of the country are setting new milestones in every field and bringing glory to the nation.

The Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-

“श्रियः प्रदुग्धे विपदो रुणद्धि
यशांसि सूते मलिनं प्रमार्ष्टि।

संस्कारशौचेन परं पुनीते
शुद्धा हि बुद्धिः किल कामधेनुः॥”

The Subhashitam conveys that An educated, refined and pure intellect removes difficulties and brings success, respect, peace and progress into a person’s life. Indeed, an enlightened mind is considered like Kamadhenu, capable of fulfilling all kinds of aspirations.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“शिक्षा केवल आजीविका का साधन नहीं, बल्कि जीवन को श्रेष्ठ बनाने का सशक्त माध्यम भी है। यह वो अनमोल पूंजी है, जिसके जरिए आज हमारी युवाशक्ति हर क्षेत्र में नए-नए कीर्तिमान बनाकर देश का नाम रोशन कर रही है।
