ਦੋਹਾਂ ਧਿਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵਿਭਿੰਨ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪੱਤਰਾਂ/ਸਮਝੌਤਿਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਹਨ: (Memorandum of Understandings/ Agreements signed between the two sides:)

1.    ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਆਤੰਕਵਾਦ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੰਗਠਿਤ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਨਾਲ ਨਿਪਟਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ‘ਤੇ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ।(Agreement on Cooperation in Combating International Terrorism and Transnational Organized Crime.)

2.   ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਕਾਇਆਕਲਪ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਬੜੇ ਪੈਮਾਨੇ ‘ਤੇ ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਸਮਾਧਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਦਾਨ-ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ‘ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ। (MoU on Cooperation for the sharing of Successful Large-scale Digital solutions for Digital Transformation)

3.   ਅਖੁੱਟ  ਊਰਜਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ‘ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ।(MoU on Cooperation in Renewable Energy.)

4.   ਈਐੱਮਬੀਆਰਏਪੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਖੋਜ ਪਰਿਸ਼ਦ ਦੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਖੋਜ ‘ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ। (MoU on Agricultural Research between EMBRAPA and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research.)

5.   ਵਰਗੀਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇ ਅਦਾਨ-ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਸਪਰ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ‘ਤੇ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ। (Agreement on the Exchange and Mutual Protection of Classified Information.)

6.  ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਡੀਪੀਆਈਆਈਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਜ਼ੀਲ ਦੇ ਐੱਮਡੀਆਈਸੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਰੈਗੂਲੇਟਰੀ ਪਾਲਿਸੀ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਦੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨ ਬੌਧਿਕ ਸੰਪਦਾ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ‘ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ (MoU on Cooperation in the field of Intellectual Property between DPIIT of India and Secretariat of Competitiveness and Regulatory Policy, MDIC of Brazil)
