On the first day of his China visit PM Narendra Modi held extensive talks with President Xi Jinping of China. Several issues were discussed during the meeting. The Prime Minister thanked the President for the warm welcome he received. Both leaders discussed ways to enhance India-China ties.
The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam applauding the effort and dedication of India's Youth:
"न हि ज्ञानेन सदृशं पवित्रमिह विद्यते ।
तत्स्वयं योगसंसिद्ध: कालेनात्मनि विन्दति ॥"
Shri Modi said that through continuous effort and dedication, our talents are honed and refined, and our youth is imbibing these very qualities and bringing glory to India.
The Prime Minister posted on X:
निरंतर प्रयास और साधना से हमारी प्रतिभा और निखरती है। आज हमारे युवा इन्हीं गुणों को आत्मसात कर दुनियाभर में देश का नाम रोशन कर रहे हैं।
न हि ज्ञानेन सदृशं पवित्रमिह विद्यते ।
