Ahmediya Muslim leader attributes Gujarat’s peace and progress to Shri Narendra Modi’s pro-development policies

Gandhinagar, Tuesday: The Ahmediya Muslim community's all-India general secretary Zahir Ahmed Khadim called on Chief Minister Narendra Modi here today. He attributed Gujarat's peace and progress to the Chief Minister's ‘pro-development policies'.

Mr. Khadim said the Ahmediya Muslim community believed in progress and peaceful coexistence as it embraced the ideals of humanity in Islam, brotherhood and friendship. The community has also come in for awakening, he said.

Also present on the occasion were the community's state president Fazal-ur Rehman Bhatti and office-bearers of the Maharashtra unit.

Prime Minister pays homage to Adi Shankaracharya

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, paid tributes to one of India’s greatest spiritual luminaries, Adi Shankaracharya, on his Jayanti today. Shri Modi remarked that his profound teachings, thoughts and philosophy of Advaita Vedanta continue to guide innumerable people globally. And his efforts to revitalise spiritual thought and establish spiritual centres across the nation remain a lasting inspiration."May his wisdom continue to illuminate our path and strengthen our commitment to truth, compassion and collective well-being", Shri Modi added.

The Prime Minister posted on X:
