ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ନବୀ ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଆନ୍ତର୍ଜାତିକ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦରର ଶିଳାନ୍ୟାସ ଉତ୍ସବରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ନବୀ ମୁମ୍ବାଇଠାରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏକ ସମାରୋହରେ ସେ ଜବାହରଲାଲ ନେହେରୁ ବନ୍ଦର ଟ୍ରଷ୍ଟର ଚତୁର୍ଥ କଣ୍ଟେନର ଟର୍ମିନାଲକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଲୋକାର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ଜନ ସମାବେଶକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କରି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସେ ମହାନୁଭବ ଶିବାଜୀ ମହାରାଜଙ୍କ ଜୟନ୍ତୀର ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ମହାରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରକୁ ଆସିଛନ୍ତି ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଉଦାରୀକରଣ ଓ ବିଶ୍ୱିକରଣ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମୟର ନିଚ୍ଛକ ବାସ୍ତବତା ଏବଂ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହା ସହିତ ତାଳ ଦେଇ ଚାଲିବାକୁ ହେଲେ ଉଚ୍ଚମାନର ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିବ । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ସାଗରମାଳା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଦ୍ୱାରା କେବଳ ବନ୍ଦରମାନଙ୍କର ବିକାଶ ହେଉନାହିଁ ବରଂ ବନ୍ଦର ଅଭିମୁଖୀ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ଏବଂ ବନ୍ଦର ଆଧାରିତ ବିକାଶ ଆଗକୁ ବଢୁଛି । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଦେଶ ଭିତରେ ଜଳପଥଗୁଡିକର ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ଭାରତ ସରକାର ମହତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରୟାସ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଅନେକ ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ନବୀ ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ବିମାନ ବନ୍ଦର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ପଡି ରହିଛି । ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଅନେକ ସମସ୍ୟା ସୃଷ୍ଟ କରିଥାଏ । ସେ ଏବେ ପ୍ରଗତି ସମୀକ୍ଷା ଅଭିଯାନ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ତାହା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଳମ୍ବିତ ଓ ପଡି ରହିଥିବା ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ ଗୁଡିକର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ଦିଗରେ ଅଗ୍ରାଧିକାର ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଉଛନ୍ତି ।
ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଭାରତର ବିମାନ ଚଳାଚଳ ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗର ତୀବ୍ର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ଘଟୁଛି । ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକ ବିମାନ ଯାତ୍ରା କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାଦ୍ୱାରା ଏହି ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗରେ ଉଚ୍ଚ ମାନର ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ନିର୍ମାଣକୁ ମହତ୍ୱ ଦିଆଯାଉଛି । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଦେଶରେ ଏକ ବିମାନ ଚଳାଚଳ ନୀତି ପ୍ରଣୟନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ଯାହାକି ଏହି ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗକୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତିତ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏକ ସୁଦୃଢ ବିମାନ ସେବା ଉଦ୍ୟୋଗ ଅଧିକ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସୁଯୋଗ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଥାଏ । ଉନ୍ନତ ବିମାନ ସେବା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଭାରତକୁ ଅଧିକ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟକ ଆସିଥାଆନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ।
