ଉରିର ସହିଦମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆମର ପ୍ରଣାମ । ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସେବା ଓ ଆତ୍ମବଳୀକୁ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ସବୁବେଳେ ମନେ ରଖିବ। ମୃତକଙ୍କ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ମୋର ଗଭୀର ସମବେଦନା ।
