ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ହରିଦ୍ୱାରରେ ଏକ ବିଶାଳ ଜନସଭାକୁ ସମ୍ବୋଧିତ କଲେ । ବିଶାଳ ଜନସମାଗମ ପାଇଁ ସେ ଜନତା ପ୍ରତି କୃତଜ୍ଞତା ଜ୍ଞାପନ କଲେ । ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ଏକ ଦେବଭୂମି ଏବଂ ଏହା କଳୁଷିତ ଏବଂ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ନୁହେଁ । ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟାଚାର ଭଲଭାବେ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଗୋଚର ହେଉଛି କିନ୍ତୁ ସରକାର ଏଥିରେ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି । ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ଗଠନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ପୂର୍ବତନ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅଟଳବିହାରୀ ବାଜପେୟୀଙ୍କ ଯୋଗଦାନକୁ ମନେ ପକାଇଥିଲେ ।”
ସେ କହିଲେ .'' ଅଟଳ ଜି ବଡ ଆଶା ଏବଂ ବିଶ୍ୱାସର ସହିତ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଥିଲେ କିନ୍ତୁ ସରକାର ତାଙ୍କର ସ୍ୱପ୍ନକୁ ସାକାର କଲେ ନାହିଁ । ଯେତେବେଳେ ଗୋଟେ ପିଲାକୁ ଷୋହଳ ସତର ଛୁଇଁଥାଏ ସେତେବେଳେ ଜୀବନର ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଠିଆ ହୋଇ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଅଭିଳାଷ ପାଇଁ ଜାଗୃତ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ସେହିପରି 2000 ରେ ଗଠନ ହୋଇଥିବା ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଚରଣରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରୁଛି ଏବଂ ଆଗାମୀ ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ହେବ । ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ବିକାଶ ଚାହାନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସରକାର ଚାରି ଧାମକୁ ଉନ୍ନତମାନର ସଡକ ପାଇଁ 12,000 କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଲେ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ଯୋ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ନା ,ତାକୁ ବାହାରକୁ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ଡବଲ ଇଂଜିନ ଜରୁରୀ ପଡିବ । ଉତ୍ତରପ୍ରଦେଶରେ ଯଦି ବିଜେପି ଆସେ ତେବେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିକାଶ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ତେଜି ଆସିବ ।
ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ବିକାଶ ଭାଜପା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଥିଲା । ସେ କହିଲେ ଭାଜପା ଯୁବଗୋଷ୍ଟି ପାଇଁ ନୂଆ ରାସ୍ତା ଖୋଲିବା ପାଇଁ ଏବଂ କୃଷକଙ୍କ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମର୍ପିତ । କିଛି ଦିନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଆସିଥିବା ଭୂକମ୍ପ ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଲେ, ଯେମିତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାପଡିଲା ଭୂକମ୍ପର କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡରେ ଥିଲା ତ ବିନା ଅପେକ୍ଷାରେ ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଟିମକୁ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡକୁ ପଠାଇଦିଆଗଲା । ଯେତେବେଳେ କେଦାରନାଥ ଏବଂ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ଅନ୍ୟ ଅଂଚଳରେ ଆପଦ ଆସିଥିଲା ସେହି ସମୟରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସର ଏକ ନେତା ଜଣକ ବିଦେଶ ଭ୍ରମଣ କରୁଥିଲେ । ଶ୍ରୀ ମୋଦୀ କହିଲେ ବୀରତ୍ୱର ଭୂମି ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ ଥିଲା । କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସଶସ୍ତ୍ର ବଳର ବୀରତାକୁ ସମ୍ମାନ କରେ ନାହିଁ । କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଶାସନରେ ଥିଲା ,କିନ୍ତୁ ଦୀର୍ଘ 40 ବର୍ଷ ଧରି ଚାଲିଥିବା ୱାନ ରେଙ୍କ ୱାନ ପେନସନ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗର ସମାଧାନ କଲା ନାହିଁ । ସୈନିକ ମାନଙ୍କର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଚାଳିଶି ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଓଆରଓପି (ୱାନ ରେଙ୍କ ୱାନ ପେନସନ) ପାଇଁ ଦାବିକୁ ଆମ ସରକାର କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
ସର୍ଜିକାଲ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଇକ ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଲେ ଆମ ଦେଶର ସେନା ସର୍ଜିକାଲ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରାଇକ କରି ଶତ୍ରୁର ଘରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦିନରେ ତାରା ଦେଖାଇଲେ । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଏହି ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗରେ ବିପକ୍ଷ ଯେଉଁଭଳି ଭାବେ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରୁଛନ୍ତି , ସେହି ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆଲୋଚନା କଲେ । ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟାଚାର ବିରୋଧରେ ନିଜର ପ୍ରତିବଦ୍ଧତାକୁ ଦୋହରାଇ କହିଲେ ,ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟାଚାର ଏବଂ କଳାଧନର ଯୁଗଳବନ୍ଦୀକୁ ମତେ ସମାପ୍ତ କରିବାକୁ ହେବ । ସେ କହିଲେ କି ଏହି ସରକାର ଗରିବଙ୍କ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ପାଇଁ ଆସିଛନ୍ତି । ମତେ ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡର ଭାଗ୍ୟକୁ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବାକୁ ହେବ ।
ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦଳର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା ଏବଂ ନେତାସମୂହ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ।
