ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଆଜି ଦାଦ୍ରା ଓ ନଗର ହାବେଳୀର ସିଲଭାସାଠାରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସରକାରୀ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏଥିମଧ୍ୟରେ ରହିଛି ସରକାରୀ କୋଠା, ସୌର ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ, ଜନ ଔଷଧୀ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଏବଂ ପାସପୋର୍ଟ ସେବା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ।
ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଦିବ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ସହାୟତା ଉପକରଣ ତଥା ସରକାରୀ ଯୋଜନାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସୁବିଧା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ ।
ଏହି ଉପଲକ୍ଷେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ସମାବେଶରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ସେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ହିସାବରେ ଦାଦ୍ରା ଓ ନଗର ହାବେଳୀକୁ ପ୍ରଥମ କରି ଆସିଛନ୍ତି, ଯଦିଓ ସେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଅନେକ ବାର ଏଠାକୁ ଆସିଥିଲେ ।
ସେ ଦାୟିତ୍ଵ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ପରେ ଦାଦ୍ରା ଓ ନଗର ହାବେଳୀରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସରକାରୀ ଯୋଜନାର ପ୍ରଭାବ ନେଇ ରିପୋର୍ଟ ମାଗିଥିଲେ । ତା’ଉପରେ ଆଧାର କରି ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପମାନ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଉଛି ।
କଲ୍ୟାଣକାରୀ ଯୋଜନାଗୁଡିକ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଭାରତୀୟଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଖଣ୍ଡିଏ ଘର ଦରକାର । ଗତ ଏକ ବର୍ଷରୁ କମ ସମୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଉଜ୍ଜ୍ଵଳା ଯୋଜନା ଅଧୀନରେ ଦୁଇ କୋଟିରୁ ଅଧିକ ଗରିବ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଏଲପିଜି ସଂଯୋଗ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇ ସାରିଲାଣି ।
ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ, ଗରିବ ଓ ମଧ୍ୟବିତ୍ତଙ୍କ ଅଧିକାରକୁ ଲୁଣ୍ଠିତ ହେବାକୁ ଦେବେ ନାହିଁ । ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟାଚାରର ବିଲୋପ ପାଇଁ ଜନସାଧାରଣ ଭୀମ ଆପ ଡାଉନଲୋଡ କରି ବେନଗଦୀ କାରବାର କରିପାରିବେ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଥିଲେ ।
