पंतप्रधान नरेंद्र मोदी यांनी आज स्मार्ट इंडिया हॅकेथॉनच्या भव्य समारोपाला संबोधित केले. पंतप्रधानांनी आपल्या भाषणात स्मार्ट इंडिया हॅकेथॉन-2018 च्या सहभागींना सहभागात्मक प्रशासनाचे महत्त्व अधोरेखित केले.

त्यांनी युवावर्गाकडून आशा व्यक्त केली आणि नव भारताचे स्वप्न साकारण्याच्या दिशेने योगदान देण्याची विनंती केली. ‘तरुण व्यावसायिक, तरुण मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, तरुण वैज्ञानिक आणि तरुण प्रशासकांसोबत संवाद साधण्याची कोणतीही संधी मी सोडत नाही,’ असे ते म्हणाले. आपल्या देशाचा विकास करण्यासाठी तरुण, बुद्धीजीवी त्या दिशेने विचार करत आहेत हे बघून मला खूप आनंद होत आहे. स्मार्ट भारताच्या स्मार्ट नवोपदेशकांमध्ये असणे ही खूप आनंदाची बाब आहे, असेही ते म्हणाले.

श्रम शक्ती आणि इच्छा शक्ती ही कोणत्याही देशाची सर्वात मोठी संपत्ती आहे. ‘एकदा का लोकांनी ठरवले की बदल घडवून आणायचे की सर्व काही शक्य आहे. परंतु सरकारने केलेली सर्वात मोठी चूक म्हणजे केवळ एकट्याने बदल घडवून आणू शकते हा सरकारचा विचार.’

गेल्यावर्षीच्या हॅकेथॉनच्या तुलनेत यावर्षीच्या हॅकेथॉनमध्ये सहभागींची वाढलेली संख्या बघून पंतप्रधानांनी आनंद व्यक्त केला. ‘मला सांगितले की मागील हॅकेथॉनमधील बहुतेक प्रकल्प पूर्ण झाले आहेत,’ असेही ते म्हणाले.

पंतप्रधानांनी नवोन्मेषावर भर दिला आणि आयपीपीपी अर्थात नाविन्य (इनोव्हेट), एकस्व अधिकार (पेटंट), निर्मिती (प्रोड्यूस) आणि समृद्धी (प्रॉस्पर) चा मंत्र दिला. या 4 पावलांमुळे आपला देश विकासाच्या दिशेने जलद गतीने मार्गक्रमण करेल, त्याकरीता आपल्याला नाविन्याचा शोध घ्यावा लागेल आणि आपल्या नवोन्मेषाला एकस्वी अधिकारामध्ये परावर्तीत करावे लागेल, आपले उत्पादन सुलभरित्या करावे आणि उत्पादन जलदगतीने लोकांपर्यंत पोहोचवण्यात यावे ज्यामुळे ते समृद्ध होतील. जगातील अनेक आव्हानांचा सामना करण्याची शक्ती या नवोन्मेषात आहे. आपले नवोन्मेष आपल्या देशातील नागरिकांच्या आयुष्यात कसे परिवर्तन घडवून आणतील, याचा आपण सर्वांनी विचार केला पाहिजे, असे ते म्हणाले.

संशोधन आणि नवोन्मेषाला प्रोत्साहन देण्यासाठी सरकारने घेतलेल्या विविध निर्णयांना पंपतप्रधानांनी यावेळी अधोरेखित केले. यामध्ये

Ø  अटल रिंकरिंग प्रयोगशाळेत शैक्षणिक आणि शिक्षण आधारित आधुनिक तंत्रांचा परिचय. इयत्ता सहावी ते बारावीमधील विद्यार्थ्यांना याचा लाभ होणार.

Ø  आयआयटी, आयएसएस आणि एनआरटीसारख्या संस्थांमधील बीटेक, एम टेक आणि एमएससी अभ्यासक्रमांच्या अंदाजे 1000 सर्वोत्कृष्ट विद्यार्थ्यांना दरवर्षी पंतप्रधान संशोधन शिष्यवृत्ती. या विद्यार्थ्यांना 5 वर्षासाठी प्रत्येक महिन्याला दरमहा 70 ते 80 हजार रुपयांची आर्थिक मदत देण्यात येणार

Ø  उच्च शैक्षणिक संस्थांना अधिक स्वायत्तता देण्यावर भर लक्ष केंद्रीत

Ø  जागतिक दर्जाच्या 20 उत्‍कृष्टता सस्थांची स्थापना

आपल्या भाषणात मेक इन इंडियाला अधोरेखित करताना पंतप्रधानांनी सांगितले की अशा प्रकारे मेक इन इंडिया एक ब्रॅण्ड म्हणून नावारुपाला येऊन संपूर्ण जगात प्रसिद्ध झाला. 4 वर्षांपूर्वी भारतात मोबाईल उत्पादनाचे दोनच उद्योग होते परंतु आता देशात अंदाजे 120 कारखाने कार्यान्वित आहेत. 2013-14ची आकडेवारी पाहता एकस्व अधिकार नोंदणी तसेच ट्रेडमार्क नोंदणीमध्ये तिप्पट वाढ झाली आहे असेही ते म्हणाले.

सहभागींनी आरोग्य हॅकेथॉन, कायदा हॅकेथॉन, स्थापत्य हॅकेथॉन, कृषी हॅकेथॉन आणि ग्रामीण हॅकेथॉन सारख्या बहुक्षेत्रीय हॅकेथॉन आयोजनाच्या शक्यता पडताळून पाहाव्यात अशी विनंती पंतप्रधानांनी यावेळी केली. आपल्याला या हॅकेथॉन्ससाठी नाविन्यपूर्ण शेतकरी, अभियंते, आर्किटेक्ट, डॉक्टर, वकिल, व्यवस्थापकांची आवश्यकता आहे. या हॅकेथॉन्समुळे नवोदित प्रतिभांना व्यासपीठ उपलब्ध होईल, असे ते म्हणाले.

पंतप्रधानांनी यावेळी व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्सिंगच्या माध्यमातून विविध केंद्रांवरील सहभागींशी संवाद देखील साधला.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi received a telephone call today from the Amir of the State of Qatar, H.H. Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani.

Qatar Amir expressed condolences over the loss of lives of Indian nationals in an accident at Ras Laffan Industrial City in Qatar on June 21 and conveyed wishes for speedy recovery of those injured.

PM thanked him for his words of sympathy towards affected families and conveyed appreciation for providing prompt medical help to the injured.

The two leaders reaffirmed their commitment to ensure the wellbeing and safety of their citizens and reiterated their support and solidarity with each other.

While discussing the situation in West Asia, PM conveyed appreciation for Qatar’s positive contribution in the peace efforts and expressed hope that they would lead to lasting peace and stability in the region.

The two leaders also reaffirmed their commitment to expand bilateral cooperation in all areas.

They agreed to remain in close touch.
