ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಶ್ರೀ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಅವರು ಇಂದು “ಹುನರ್ ಹಾತ್” ಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ, ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕುಶಲಕರ್ಮಿಗಳು, ಕರಕುಶಲಗಾರರು ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಕಶಾಲೆ ತಜ್ಞರ ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು.
ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಗೇಟ್ ನ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂಥ 250 ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಳಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶೇ 50 ಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಕುಶಲಕರ್ಮಿಗಳು ಮಹಿಳೆಯರೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಾತ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಕುಶಲಕರ್ಮಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಸಂವಾದ ನಡೆಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರು.

ಅಳಿವಿನ ಅಂಚಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಲವು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಾಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕ ಪರಂಪರೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಕಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯನ್ನು “ಹುನರ್ ಹಾತ್” ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಈ ವರ್ಷದ ಹುನರ್ ಹಾತ್ ನ ವಿಷಯ ವಸ್ತು ‘ಕುಶಲ್ ಕೊ ಕಾಮ್’ ಅಂದರೆ ಕುಶಲಕರ್ಮಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ. ಕಳೆದ 3 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹುನರ್ ಹಾತ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸುಮಾರು 3 ಲಕ್ಷ ಕಲಾ ಪ್ರವೀಣರು, ಕುಶಲಕರ್ಮಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಕಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಜ್ಞರಿಗೆ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯೋಗಾವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಮಹಿಳಾ ಕಲಾವಿದರೂ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ.
