Addressing the Parivartan Sankalp Mahasabha in Jaipur, Rajasthan PM Modi recalled Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya on his birth anniversary. “It is his thoughts and principles that have served as an inspiration to put an end to the Congress-led misrule in Rajasthan,” added PM Modi.

“The Congress-led misrule for five years has ruined the prospects of the people, especially the youth of Rajasthan”, said PM Modi. “Assessing the performance of the same, the people of Rajasthan today, desire change and wish to bring the BJP back to power”, added PM Modi.

“The various Parivartan rallies in the state of Rajasthan has received a lot of public support, reflecting a change in times in favour of the BJP”, said PM Modi. On India’s growing prowess, PM Modi said that India has achieved unprecedented progress and the entire world is applauding India. He added that notable achievements among these are the landing of the Chandrayaan-3 on the South Pole of the Moon, where India became the first to do so.

“India also held a successful G20 Leaders’ Summit in New Delhi, where for the first time the G20 New Delhi Declaration was adopted with complete consensus amazing one and all”, added PM Modi. PM Modi stated that on the pious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the New Parliament Building was inaugurated. “In this the first session was dedicated to the cause women & daughters”, said PM Modi. The Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam was passed by both the Houses of the Parliament resulting in a golden moment, added PM Modi.

“Through the public support that you have granted our Government, this bill granting women 33% reservations in Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha was passed. “Modi means the guarantee to fulfill all guarantees”, he remarked, stating his poor and humble background enables him to give and fulfill all guarantees.

PM Modi said, “With honesty and integrity we have intended to serve the people and this country”. He added that it is through the intent to serve, the Government implemented the ‘One Rank, One Pension’, respecting the valour and sacrifice of our Indian Soldiers. “To enable effective justice to the women of our country the ‘Triple Talaq’ abolition law was passed and on the same lines 33% reservation is now guaranteed to women in Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha” added PM Modi.

On the issue of women reservation, PM Modi said that it’s the same egoistic Congress-led alliance that prevented the passing of the Bill, and it is under popular pressure that has led them to approve and pass the Bill.

On the vibrant culture of Rajasthan, PM Modi said “The state has a vibrant history and culture; it is replete of prominent personalities known for their valor and sacrifice. “But, the egoistic Congress-led Alliance intends to destroy this composite culture, it intends to destroy the Santana Dharma”, added PM Modi.

PM Modi added that the Congress-led alliance only indulges in “politics of division and appeasement”. They have only fooled the youth and the people of the state of Rajasthan depriving them of opportunities, PM Modi added. On the grim state of affairs in the state of Rajasthan, PM Modi added that there is rampant corruption in the state and a culture of commissions that is based on the system of loot. “This has been further aggravated by violence and crimes against women, where perpetrators of such crimes are roaming free”, added PM Modi

On the issue of farmers, PM Modi said “Congress Government has completely neglected farmer’s issues forcing them to sell their lands at paltry prices”. Our Government on the other hand has prioritized the farmers and has introduced schemes such as the PM Vishwakarma, PLI Scheme among several others that has led to their empowerment. About the Border Infrastructure, PM Modi added that through the ‘Vibrant Village Program’ the state of Rajasthan today is equipped with modern infrastructure, extremely beneficial to its people.

On the status of Health and Medical Education, PM Modi said “The number of Medical Colleges in Rajasthan has increased over four times in the past nine years.” “Our policies have enabled free food grains, free medical care and free LPG connections to the poor and the downtrodden,” added PM Modi.

“Our Government has enabled modernity at a rapid scale”, said PM Modi. “From 3G to 5G, Mumbai-Delhi Industrial Corridor and various other initiatives have modernized both Rajasthan and India,” added PM Modi.

In conclusion, PM Modi said that India will soon become the Third largest Economy in the world and hence urged the people to vote for a BJP Government that can enable an effective double-engine Government promoting a stable and good governance model for the state of Rajasthan.
