PM Modi to inaugurate exhibition "Chetiya Carika: The Pilgrimage and Quest for Truth"

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, will visit Bodh Gaya tomorrow. 

In the course of the visit, the Prime Minister will visit the Mahabodhi Temple and the Holy Bo Tree. He will also inaugurate the Exhibition "Chetiya Carika: The Pilgrimage and Quest for Truth."

The Prime Minister's visit to Bodh Gaya coincides with Day 3 of SAMVAD – the Global Hindu Buddhist Initiative on Conflict Avoidance and Environment Consciousness, during which the delegates for this event will be present at Bodh Gaya.

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, paid tributes to freedom fighter, Shri Pingali Venkayya on his 150th birth anniversary.

The Prime Minister remembered Pingali Venkayya for his invaluable role in giving the nation the Tricolour and said that his efforts continue to inspire people to serve the country with dedication and patriotic fervour.

Shri Modi said that the Tiranga fills every Indian heart with immense pride and inspires the nation to work towards nation-building.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

“Tributes to Pingali Venkayya Ji on his 150th birth anniversary. He is remembered for his invaluable role in giving our nation the Tricolour. May his efforts always inspire people to serve our country with dedication and patriotic fervour.
