પ્રધાનમંત્રીએ સિક્કિમનાં નામચી અને ગંગટોક, અરૂણાચલ પ્રદેશનાં ઇટાનગર અને પાસીઘાટ તથા ત્રિપુરાનાં અગરતલામાં આદેશ અને નિયંત્રણ કેન્દ્રના શિલાન્યાસ માટે ડિઝિટલી તકતીનું અનાવરણ કર્યું હતું.
