Addressing a rally in Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh Shri Narendra Modi hit out at the Samajwadi party government in the state and said, “Crime rates in Uttar Pradesh are on the rise. Instances of women harassment have risen in the state. Criminals, who are in jails, even operate their gangs from there. These gangs are killing people, indulging in rape, kidnapping and riots.” He took a jibe at the Chief Minister and said, “Ye aapka kaam bol raha hai ya aapka karnama.”
