প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী আজ মহারাষ্ট্রের পালঘরে বেশ কয়েকটি উন্নয়নমূলক প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন ও শিলান্যাস করেছেন। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে – ৭৬ হাজার কোটি টাকার ভাদাবন বন্দর প্রকল্প। এর পাশাপাসি, মোট ১ হাজার ৫৬০ কোটি টাকার ২১৮টি মৎস্য চাষ প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন ও শিলান্যাসও করেন তিনি। জাতীয় স্তরে ভেসেল কম্যুনিকেশন অ্যান্ড সাপোর্ট সিস্টেমের সূচনাও করেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী। এই প্রকল্পের ব্যয় ৩৬০ কোটি টাকা। মৎস্য চাষ সংক্রান্ত বেশ কয়েকটি পরিকাঠামো প্রকল্পের শিলান্যাসও হ’ল আজ। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে – বিভিন্ন মৎস্য বন্দরের আধুনিকীকরণ এবং মৎস্য বাজার। মৎস্যজীবীদের হাতে ট্রান্সপন্ডার সেট এবং কিষাণ ক্রেডিট কার্ড তুলে দেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী। 
প্রধানমন্ত্রী তাঁর ভাষণ শুরু করেন সন্ত শিবাজী মহারাজের পুণ্যতিথিতে শ্রদ্ধা নিবেদন করে। সিন্ধু দুর্গে দুর্ভাগ্যজনক ঘটনার উল্লেখ করে প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, শিবাজী মহারাজ কেবলমাত্র একটি নামই নয়, তিনি কার্যত ভগবান। দেশ মাতৃকার কৃতি সন্তানদের যাঁরা অসম্মান করতে চায়, তাদের ভাবধারা ও সংস্কৃতি ভিন্ন। বীর সাভারকারকেও অবমাননা করার প্রবণতা রয়েছে যাদের, তাদের বিষয়ে সাবধান থাকতে সাধারণ মানুষকে পরামর্শ দেন তিনি। 

বিকশিত ভারত – এর স্বপ্ন পূরণে মহারাষ্ট্রের বিশেষ ভূমিকার কথা মনে করিয়ে দেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী। এই রাজ্যের বিকাশে তাঁর সরকারের গৃহীত বিভিন্ন পদক্ষেপের কথা তুলে ধরেন তিনি। এ প্রসঙ্গে উঠে আসে দীঘিবন্দর শিল্প এলাকা প্রসঙ্গ। তিনি জানান, এই শিল্প অঞ্চল গড়ে উঠবে রায়গড়ে, যা ছিল ছত্রপতি শিবাজী মহারাজের রাজ্যের রাজধানী। 

মৎস্যচাষীদের অভিনন্দন জানিয়ে প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, সারা দেশে আজ মৎস্যচাষ সংক্রান্ত মোট ৭০০ কোটি টাকার প্রকল্পের শিলান্যাস এবং মোট ৪০০ কোটি টাকা প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন হয়েছে। 
প্রধানমন্ত্রী ভারতের উপকূলবর্তী অঞ্চলের বিকাশের গুরুত্ব তুলে ধরেন। এক্ষেত্রে বাদাবান বন্দর বিশেষ ভূমিকা নেবে বলে তিনি উল্লেখ করেন। এই প্রকল্পের বিষয়ে আগেকার সরকার দীর্ঘদিন উদাসীন ছিল বলে তাঁর অভিযোগ। ২০২০ সালে এখানে বন্দর তৈরির সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের পর, দ্রুতগতিতে কাজ এগিয়েছে বলে তিনি জানান। প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, এই প্রকল্পের সুবাদে প্রায় ১২ লক্ষ মানুষের কর্মসংস্থান হবে। 

মৎস্যচাষীদের অভিনন্দন জানিয়ে প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, সারা দেশে আজ মৎস্যচাষ সংক্রান্ত মোট ৭০০ কোটি টাকার প্রকল্পের শিলান্যাস এবং মোট ৪০০ কোটি টাকা প্রকল্পের উদ্বোধন হয়েছে। 
প্রধানমন্ত্রী ভারতের উপকূলবর্তী অঞ্চলের বিকাশের গুরুত্ব তুলে ধরেন। এক্ষেত্রে বাদাবান বন্দর বিশেষ ভূমিকা নেবে বলে তিনি উল্লেখ করেন। এই প্রকল্পের বিষয়ে আগেকার সরকার দীর্ঘদিন উদাসীন ছিল বলে তাঁর অভিযোগ। ২০২০ সালে এখানে বন্দর তৈরির সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের পর, দ্রুতগতিতে কাজ এগিয়েছে বলে তিনি জানান। প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, এই প্রকল্পের সুবাদে প্রায় ১২ লক্ষ মানুষের কর্মসংস্থান হবে। 

মৎস্যচাষ ক্ষেত্রে ভারতের দ্রুত অগ্রগতির প্রসঙ্গে প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, ২০১৪’য় দেশে মৎস্য উৎপাদনের পরিমাণ ছিল ৮০ লক্ষ টন, যা এখন দাঁড়িয়েছে ১৭০ লক্ষ টনে। নীল বিপ্লব কর্মসূচির জেরে লক্ষ লক্ষ মানুষের কাজের সুযোগ তৈরি হয়েছে বলে তিনি মনে করিয়ে দেন। এ প্রসঙ্গে পিএম – মৎস্য সম্পদা যোজনার প্রসঙ্গ উঠে আসে তাঁর ভাষণে।
মহারাষ্ট্রে নারী নেতৃত্বাধীন বিকাশের যে উদ্যোগ প্রতিফলিত, তাতে সন্তোষ প্রকাশ করেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী। ঐ রাজ্যে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নানা পদে মহিলাদের আসীন হওয়া একবিংশ শতকের চাহিদা ও প্রয়োজনীয়তার প্রতি দায়বদ্ধতার প্রতিফলন বলে তিনি মন্তব্য করেন। 

পরিশেষে তিনি বলেন, ‘সবকা সাথ, সবকা বিকাশ, সবকা বিশ্বাস’ – এর মন্ত্রে অবিচল তাঁর সরকার।

PM chairs CCS Meeting to review measures being taken in the context of ongoing West Asia Conflict

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi a special of the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) to review measures taken by various Ministries/Departments and also discussed further initiatives to be taken in the context of the ongoing West Asia conflict, at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg today. This was the second special CCS meeting on this issue.

Cabinet Secretary briefed about the action taken to ensure supply of petroleum products, particularly LNG/LPG, and sufficient power availability. Sources are being diversified for procurement of LPG with new inflows from different countries. Similarly, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is being sourced from different countries. He further briefed that LPG prices for domestic consumers have remained the same and Anti-diversion enforcement to curb hoarding and black marketing of LPG is being conducted regularly.

Initiatives have also been taken to expand Piped Natural Gas connections. Measures like exempting the gas-based power plants with a capacity of 7-8 GW from gas pooling mechanism and increasing of rake for positioning more coal at thermal power stations etc. have also been taken to ensure availability of power during the peak summer months.

Further, interventions proposed to be taken for emerging challenges in various other sectors such as agriculture, civil aviation, shipping and logistics were also discussed.

Various efforts like maintaining urea production to meet requirements, coordinating with overseas supplies for DAP/NPKS suppliers are being taken to ensure fertilizer supply. State governments are being requested to curb black marketing, hoarding, and diversion of fertilizers through daily monitoring, raids, and strict action.

The retail prices of food commodities have been stable over the past one month. Control Rooms have been set up for constant monitoring and interaction with States/UTs on prices and enforcement of Essential Commodities Act. The prices of agricultural products , vegetables and fruits are also being monitored.

Efforts to globally diversify our sources for energy, fertilizers and other supply chains, and international initiatives for securing safe passage of vessels through the strait of Hormuz and ongoing diplomatic efforts are being taken.

Enhanced coordination, real-time communication, and proactive measures across central, state, and district levels to drive effective information dissemination and public awareness amid the evolving crisis is being undertaken.

Prime Minister assessed the availability of critical needs for the common man. He discussed availability of fertilisers in the country and steps being taken to ensure its availability in the Kharif and Rabi seasons. He said that all efforts must be made to safeguard the citizens from the impact of this conflict. Prime Minister also emphasised smooth flow of authentic information to the public to prevent misinformation and rumour mongering.

Prime Minister directed all concerned departments to take all possible measures to ameliorate the problems of citizens and sectors affected by the ongoing global situation.
