কাবুলেজঙ্গিহানার তীব্র নিন্দা করলেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী। সন্ত্রাসমোকাবিলায় আফগানিস্তানের সরকার ও জনসাধারণের পাশে থাকারই অঙ্গীকার করেছেন তিনি। একবার্তায় তিনি বলেছেন:
“কাবুলেরজঙ্গিহানার কঠোর নিন্দা জানাই। যাঁরা সন্ত্রাসের বলি হয়েছেন, তাঁদেরপরিবার-পরিজনদের সমব্যথী আমিও।
সন্ত্রাসমোকাবিলায় আফগানিস্তানের সরকার ও জনসাধারণের সঙ্গেই রয়েছি আমরা”।
