মুম্বাই-এশনিবার কয়েকটি উন্নয়ন প্রকল্পের শিলান্যাস করলেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্রমোদী। প্রকল্পগুলির মধ্যে ছিল – দুটি মেট্রো লাইন, মুম্বাই-এর সঙ্গে সমুদ্রবন্দরসংযোগ, মুম্বাই নগর পরিবহণ প্রকল্পের তৃতীয় পর্যায় এবং দুটি উড়াল পথ।

শিলান্যাসঅনুষ্ঠানের আগে মুম্বাই উপকূল বরাবর আরব সাগরে ছত্রপতি শিবাজী মহারাজ স্মৃতিসৌধেরজন্য জল পূজা করেন তিনি।

মুম্বাই-এরবান্দ্রা কুরলা কমপ্লেক্সে এক বিরাট জনসমাবেশে ভাষণদানকালে প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন,সংগ্রামের মুহূর্তেও সুপ্রশাসনের আলোকশিখাকে উজ্জ্বল রেখেছিলেন তিনি। তাঁর ছিল একবহুমুখী ব্যক্তিত্ব, যা আমাদের অনুপ্রাণিত করে। তাঁর বীরত্ব ও সাহসিকতার কথাকারোরই অজানা নয়। কিন্তু তাঁর ব্যক্তিত্বের অন্যান্য বহু বৈশিষ্ট্যের সঙ্গে আমরা আজওঅপরিচিত রয়ে গেছি। এই প্রসঙ্গে শিবাজীর জল ও অর্থনীতির কথা উল্লেখ করেন তিনি।

শ্রী মোদীবলেন, শিবাজী স্মৃতিসৌধের জল পূজা অনুষ্ঠান এক বিশেষ উপলক্ষ। এই কাজ করার সুযোগপেয়ে তিনি নিজেকে ভাগ্যবান বলে মনে করছেন।

শ্রী মোদীবিশেষ জোর দিয়ে বলেন যে, উন্নয়নই হল যে কোনও সমস্যার সমাধানের পথ যা আমাদের আরওসামনের দিকে এগিয়ে দেয়। ১২৫ কোটি ভারতবাসীর সমবেত বল ও শক্তি যে দেশের উন্নয়নসম্ভব করে তুলতে পারে, সে সম্পর্কে তিনি যথেষ্ট আশাবাদী।

প্রধানমন্ত্রীবলেন, যেদিন থেকেত কেন্দ্রের বর্তমান সরকার দায়িত্বভার গ্রহণ করেছে, সেদিন থেকেইদুর্নীতির বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই অব্যাহত রয়েছে। ৮ নভেম্বর হল এ সম্পর্কে এক ঐতিহাসিকসিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের দিন।

প্রধানমন্ত্রীবিশেষ জোর দিয়ে বলেন, জনসাধারণের মধ্যে বিভ্রান্তি ও বাধাদানের চেষ্টা সত্ত্বেওদুর্নীতি ও কালো টাকার বিরুদ্ধে সংগ্রামকে তাঁরা সমর্থনই জানিয়ে এসেছেন। কারণ,দুর্নীতি ও কালো টাকাকে ভারতবাসী কোনও দিনই মেনে নেবেন না।

Prime Minister Meets Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. Antonio Tajani

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today met Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. Antonio Tajani.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister conveyed appreciation for the proactive steps being taken by both sides towards the implementation of the Italy-India Joint Strategic Action Plan 2025-2029. The discussions covered a wide range of priority sectors including trade, investment, research, innovation, defence, space, connectivity, counter-terrorism, education, and people-to-people ties.

In a post on X, Shri Modi wrote:

“Delighted to meet Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister & Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani, today.
