প্রধানমন্ত্রী শ্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদী আজ সিন্ধ্রিতে এক অনুষ্ঠানে কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার এবং ঝাড়খন্ড সরকারের বিভিন্ন প্রকল্পের শিলান্যাস করেন। এই প্রকল্পগুলি হল-
· হিন্দুস্হান উর্বরক এবং রসায়ন লিমিটেডের সিন্ধ্রি সার প্রকল্পের পুনরুজ্জীবন
· ভারতের গ্যাস কর্তৃপক্ষের উদ্যোগে রাঁচি শহর গ্যাস বিতরন প্রকল্প
· দেওঘরে অল ইন্ডিয়া ইন্সিটিটিউট অফ মেডিক্যাল সায়েন্সেস (এইমস)
· দেওঘর বিমানবন্দরের উন্নয়ন প্রকল্প
· পত্রাতু সুপার থার্মাল পাওয়ার প্রজেক্ট
তিনি জনঔষধী কেন্দ্র স্হাপনের জন্য সমঝোতা বিনিময় অনুষ্ঠানও প্রত্যক্ষ করেন।
এই উপলক্ষে আয়োজিত অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধানমন্ত্রী ভগবান বীরসা মুন্ডার প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা নিবেদন করেন। তিনি বলেন, রাজ্য সরকার এবং কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার একযোগে ঝাড়খন্ডের দ্রুত উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।
প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, যেসব প্রকল্পের জন্য আজ ভিত্তিপ্রস্তর স্হাপন করা হয়েছে, তার জন্য মোট ব্যয় হবে ২৭ হাজার কোটি টাকা। তিনি বলেন, এইসব উন্নয়ন প্রকল্পগুলি ঝাড়খন্ডের যুবকদের জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের সুযোগ সৃষ্টি করবে।
শ্রী মোদী বলেন, যখন তিনি প্রধানমন্ত্রী পদের দায়িত্ব গ্রহন করেছিলেন, তখন দেশের ১৮ হাজার গ্রামে বিদ্যুৎ সংযোগ ছিল না। আমরা এইসব গ্রামে মানুষের জীবনকে আলোকোজ্জ্বল করে তুলতে কাজ করেছি এবং এইসব জায়গায় বিদ্যুতের সংযোগ নিয়ে গেছি। আমরা আরও এক পা এগিয়ে ভারতের প্রত্যেকটি পরিবারে বিদ্যুৎ সংযোগ দেওয়ার উদ্যোগ গ্রহন করেছি।
তিনি বলেন, যেসব সার কারখানাগুলি দীর্ঘদিন ধরে বন্ধ হয়েছিল, সেগুলি পুনরুজ্জীবনের জন্য উদ্যোগ গ্রহন করা হয়েছে। পূর্ব ভারত এর ফলে সর্বাধিক উপকৃত হবে।
প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, ঝাড়খন্ডে এইমস স্হাপনের ফলে এই রাজ্যের স্বাস্হ্য পরিষেবা ক্ষেত্রে রূপান্তর আসবে। দরিদ্র মানুষরা উচ্চমানের স্বাস্হ্য পরিষেবা পাবেন।
প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেন, কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার বিমান ভ্রমণকে সবার নাগালের মধ্যে এনেছে এবং সুলভ করেছে।
