பிரதமர் திரு. நரேந்திர மோடி இன்று சிந்திரியில் நடந்த நிகழ்ச்சியில் மத்திய அரசு மற்றும் ஜார்க்கண்ட் மாநில அரசின் பல்வேறு திட்டங்களுக்கு அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார்.
அந்த திட்டங்கள் வருமாறு-
- இந்துஸ்தான் உர்வரக் மற்றும் ரசாயன் நிறுவனத்தின் சிந்திரி உரத் தயாரிப்பு நிறுவனத்தை புதுப்பித்தல்.
- இந்திய எரிவாயு ஆணையத்தின் ராஞ்சி நகர எரிவாயு வினியோகத் திட்டம்.
- தேவ்கரில் அகில இந்திய மருத்துவ அறிவியல் நிறுவனம் (எய்ம்ஸ்)
- தேவ்கர் விமான நிலைய மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டம்
- பத்ராட்டு சூப்பர் அனல் மின் திட்டம்
ஜன் அவுஷாதி மையங்களுக்கான புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தங்கள் பரிமாறிக் கொள்ளப்பட்டதைப் பிரதமர் பார்வையிட்டார்.
நிகழ்ச்சியில் பங்கேற்றவர்கள் இடையே உரையாற்றிய பிரதமர், பகவான் பிர்சா முண்டாவுக்கு அஞ்சலி செலுத்தினார். ஜார்க்கண்ட் மாநிலத்தின் அபரிமித வளர்ச்சிக்கு மத்திய அரசும், மாநில அரசும் இணைந்து பாடுபட்டு வருவதாக அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.
இன்று அடிக்கல் நாட்டப்பட்ட அனைத்துத் திட்டங்களின் மொத்த மதிப்பு ரூ.27,000 கோடி என்று அவர் கூறினார். இந்த வளர்ச்சித் திட்டங்கள் ஜார்க்கண்ட் மாநில இளைஞர்களுக்கு பெரும் வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்கும் என்று அவர் தெரிவித்தார்.
தாம் பதவியேற்ற போது 18,000 கிராமங்களில் மின்சாரம் இல்லாத நிலை இருந்ததாக அவர் கூறினார். அந்த கிராம மக்களின் வாழ்க்கையில் ஒளியேற்ற தாம் பாடுபட்டதாக கூறிய அவர், அங்கு தற்போது மின்சாரம் கொண்டு வரப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தெரிவித்தார். தற்போது அதற்கும் ஒருபடி மேலே சென்று இந்தியாவில் உள்ள ஒவ்வொரு வீட்டுக்கும் மின்சார இணைப்பு கிடைப்பதை உறுதி செய்து வருவதாக பிரதமர் கூறினார்.
மூடப்பட்ட உரத் தொழிற்சாலைகள் மீண்டும் இயங்குவதற்கு வழி ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது என்று கூறிய பிரதமர், இந்தியாவின் கிழக்குப் பகுதி இதன் மூலம் பயன் பெறும் என்றார்.
ஜார்க்கண்ட் மாநிலத்தில் எய்ம்ஸ் நிறுவனம் உருவாக்கப்படுவதையொட்டி, இங்கு மக்களின் ஆரோக்கியம் மற்றும் நலவாழ்வில் பெரும் மாற்றம் ஏற்படும் என்று பிரதமர் குறிப்பிட்டார். ஏழை மக்கள் உயர்தர மருத்துவச் சிகிச்சையை பெறுவார்கள் என்று அவர் கூறினார்.
அனைவருக்கும் கட்டுப்படியான குறைந்த கட்டணத்தில், விமானப் பயணத்தை அணுகும் வகையில் மத்திய அரசு நடவடிக்கை எடுத்துள்ளதாக பிரதமர் தெரிவித்தார்.
