"Lata Mangeshkar ji heaps praises for Shri Narendra Modi prays to God the Chief Minister becomes PM"

On Friday, 1st November, 2013 Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated Deenanath Mangeshkar Super Specialty Hospital at Pune.  Lata Mangeshkar ji, Smt. Asha Bhosle and the entire Mangeshkar family was present at the event.

While addressing the event the singing legend Lata Mangeshkar ji praised Shri Modi and said “I pray to god that Narendrabhai becomes the Prime Minister of the country.” She further added “"Narendrabhai is like my brother. All of us want to see him become the Prime Minister. On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, I hope our wishes would come true." 

Also, Asha Bhosale sang a melodious song in Gujarati at the occasion.

PM says that this is a welcome development, which will boost self-reliance and particularly help the MSME sector

In a tweet Office of Raksha Mantri informed that Ministry of Defence, on March 30, 2023, signed contracts for procurement of improved Akash Weapon System and 12 Weapon Locating Radars, WLR Swathi (Plains) for the Indian Army at an overall cost of over Rs 9,100 crore.

In reply to the tweet by RMO India, the Prime Minister said;

“A welcome development, which will boost self-reliance and particularly help the MSME sector.”
