প্যারাগুয়ের রাষ্ট্রপতি শ্রী স্যান্টিয়াগো পেনার পোস্টের প্রত্যুত্তরে প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেছেন, “রাষ্ট্রপতি স্যান্টিয়াগো পেনা, আপনার শুভেচ্ছার জন্য ধন্যবাদ। আমাদের জনগণের স্বার্থে ভারত – প্যারাগুয়ের মধ্যে গড়ে ওঠা দ্বিপাক্ষিক সম্পর্ককে আমরা আরও শক্তিশালী করবো”।
