The Junior Hockey World Cup win augurs well for the future of Indian hockey and will make the sport even more popular among youngsters", the Prime Minister said.

Prime Minister shares Sanskrit Subhashitam emphasizing on mutual learning and listening

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam highlighting the virtues of mutual learning and listening. He remarked that those who are eager to learn and listen to one another are praised by the wise are free from selfish pursuits and ulterior motives, and they prosper in happiness in every way:

"ज्ञानवृद्धाः प्रशंसन्ति शुश्रूषन्तः परस्परम्।

विनिवृत्ताभिसन्धानाः सुखमेधन्ति सर्वशः॥"
