نئی دہلی،4 ؍ستمبر؍ وزیراعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے آج قومی ٹیچرس ایوارڈ یافتگان 2017 سے ،لوک کلیان مارگ پر یوم اساتذہ کے موقع پر گفت و شنید کی ہے۔ انسانی وسائل کی ترقی و فروغ کے وزیر جناب پرکاش جاؤڈیکر بھی اس موقع پر موجود تھے۔
وزیراعظم نے ملک میں تعلیم کی کوالٹی کو بہتر بنانے کے سلسلے میں کی گئی کوششوں کے لئے ایوارڈ یافتگان کو مبارکباد پیش کی۔ انہوں نے تعلیم کے تئیں ان کی وابستگی اور اسے اپنی زندگی کا رہنما اصول بنانے کے لئے ان کی ستائش کی۔ انہوں نے کہاکہ ایک استاد یا ٹیچر پوری زندگی ، استاد یا ٹیچر ہی رہتا ہے۔
گفت و شنید کے دوران وزیراعظم نے ایوارڈ یافتگان سے کہا کہ وہ سماج کو اسکول ترقیات کا ایک مربوط حصہ بنانے کی کوشش کریں۔ انہوں نے اساتذہ کی حوصلہ افزائی کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وہ طلبہ کے اندر مضمر قوتوں کو باہر لانے ، خصوصاً نادار اور دیہی پسماندہ طبقے کے طلبہ کی مضمر قوتوں کو نمایاں کرنے کے لئے کام کریں۔
وزیراعظم نے کہا کہ مدرس کو اساتذہ اور طلبہ کے مابین ٹوٹے ہوئے رابطے کو ازسرنو بحال کرنے کے لئے کام کرنا چاہئے تاکہ اساتذہ کو طلبہ اپنی پوری زندگی میں یاد رکھیں۔ انہوں نے اساتذہ کی حوصلہ افزائی کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ وہ اپنے اسکولوں اور اس کے گردو نواح کو ڈیجیٹل شکل دینے کےلئے کام کریں۔
وزیراعظم کے ساتھ گفت و شنید کرتے ہوئے ایوارڈ یافتگان نے اپنے اسکولوں کو تدریس اور عمدگی کے مرکز کی شکل میں لانے کے لئے اپنی جانب سے کی جانے والی کوششوں اور کاوشوں کا ذکر کیا۔ اساتذہ نے ڈیجیٹل انڈیا جیسی اسکیموں کے سلسلے میں نامزدگی کے عمل کو آن لائن کرنے کے لئے بھی وزیراعظم کا شکریہ ادا کیا، جو ملک بھر میں اسکولی تعلیم میں معیاری تبدیلی کا باعث ثابت ہو رہی ہے۔
اس سال انسانی وسائل کی ترقی کی وزارت نے قومی ایوارڈس کے لئے اساتذہ کے انتخاب کے لئے رہنما خطو ط پر نظر ثانی کی ہے۔ نئی اسکیم کے تحت بڑے قومی ایوارڈس میں حال ہی میں جدت لائی گئی ہے اور ازخودنامزدگی کا طریقہ شروع کیا گیا ہے۔ یہ اسکیم شفاف ، منصفانہ ہے اور عمدگی اور کارکردگی کے مظاہرے کےلئے ایوارڈ فراہم کرتی ہے۔
