PM greets people of Uttarakhand on Uttarakhand Foundation Day

The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has greeted the people of Uttarakhand on Uttarakhand Foundation Day. 

“विकास के पथ पर अग्रसर उत्तराखंड के निवासियों को राज्य के स्थापना दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। On Uttarakhand Foundation Day, my greetings to the people of the state”, the Prime Minister said.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam today, highlighting the virtues of instilling fearlessness and saving lives.

The Prime Minister wrote on X;

"अभयस्यैव यो दाता तस्यैव सुमहत्फलम् ।

न हि प्राणसमं दानं त्रिषु लोकेषु विद्यते ॥"

Whoever takes away people's fear receives great blessings, and in all three worlds, there is no greater gift than saving a life.
