وزیر اعظم جناب نریندر مودی نے باوقار ڈائمنڈ لیگ ٹرافی جیتنے والے پہلے ہندوستانی بن کر ایک بار پھر تاریخ رقم  کرنے  پر نیرج چوپڑا کو مبارکباد دی ہے۔

ایک ٹویٹ میں، وزیر اعظم نے کہا؛

’’باوقار ڈائمنڈ لیگ ٹرافی جیتنے والے پہلے ہندوستانی بن کر ایک بار پھر تاریخ رقم کرنے  کے لیے @نیرج _چوپڑا 1 کو مبارکباد۔ انہوں  نے بڑی لگن اور مستقل مزاجی کا مظاہرہ کیا ہے۔ ان  کی بار بار کی کامیابیاں اس بات کو ظاہر کرتی ہیں کہ ہندوستانی ایتھلیٹکس کتنی بڑی ترقی کر رہا ہے۔‘‘
